What a nice guy Shane is. He was polite and efficient. We felt very confident and comfortable having him service our warrantied hot water tank. Now, he's outside answering questions from our elderly neighbor, lol. How cool is that?

Ricky was friendly and efficient. I appreciated his time and making sure he can come back on Friday to complete the job once the part arrives over night. It's been stressful not having any hot water for the past week, so him trying to finish it ASAP is a Godsend! Thank you Ricky.... Mike was very professional, great attitude, and I felt confident that he would get the job done. He extracted our old round toilet with a new Kohler elongated style with ease and cleaned up very well. A spotless and excellent visit. Would recommend and use Water Wise again. Ricky from Waterwise Plumbing is amazing. We have requested him when using Waterwise Plumbing. They have been able to resolve several plumbing issues at our home. They are the only plumber I would recommend.

I’ve used Water Wise a few times and I have always appreciated their cost effectiveness and good service. I have an issue with my water heater, and I feel like they are honest and helpful. Ricky took his time running tests to know the exact problem and what parts were needed. He even called the company to see what was under warranty. I think this company is run well, but also I appreciate true repair technicians and not salesman to just try to sell me new things. Use Water Wise, that’s all I can say!
