Absolute Water Heaters

It's hard to say enough about the service from Rick today. He was on site within 30 minutes of contacting me about the issue. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and didn't over charge for the work. I will recommend him to anyone I know that needs similar service in the future. It's important to find someone both competent and honest in business (especially when they come into your home to work.) In our short interaction, Rick showed honesty and integrity. That's all most of us can ask for.

I do not normally write reviews out of fear for the impact it might have on someone's life, but we worked with Rick today from absolute water heaters. He was kind of smug and not easy to work with. He didn't really work with us at all, and instead worked with the manufacturer who ended up denying our labor warranty. So not sure what Rick told the manufacturer, but it really screwed us out of house and home. Now we're going to end up spending four grand for a water heater installation that should have been covered under a labor warranty because we bought the water heater 3 months ago.pretty bummed.

This company's employees do horrible work, are disrespectful to elders (my 82 year old mom), take advantage of the most vulnerable people in society and go into rooms where they have no work to do (meaning they probably steal from people). In addition, they show up whenever they please (no schedule), and they divide up (one talks to the homeowner, while the other wonders the house). They are unprofessional, disrespectful, unreliable, their work product is horrible, they are nonresponsive to any shoddy work they did,, and the list can go on. IF THERE ARE ANY THREATS OR PROBLEMS BECAUSE OF THIS REVIEW I WILL FILE A POLICE REPORT AND HIRE AN ATTORNEY TO SUE.

We bought our house in February and have used our home warranty 3 times since then for our hot water heater. The previous company we had sent out to us was booked out a week!! A week with no hot water?! No thank you! We called our home warranty company back and they sent out a different company. Lucky for us!! Rick Warren was at our house within 30mins of making that second call and another 30mins after that he fixed our hot water heater! He knew what he was doing and got the job done! We are super grateful and definitely will is his service when we need it!! Thank you Rick!!

Excellent and fast service! Had a home warranty claim and they were out the same day and completed the repairs in a hour. Will be coming back for future issues.

They came out to fix our water heater through our home warranty. Both times, Scott knew exactly what the issue was and fixed the problem after getting the replacement parts. We had another plumbing company initially and they had to come out 4 or 5 times, and still could not get it right. So I'm really happy with Scott and his efficiency!

It was a pleasure doing business with this company. Rick, the owner, and the other employee that was with him during the installation of our water heater, are kind, considerate, and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

This vendor was sent by my home warranty for work. They completed the work, and they collected a service fee for the home warranty company. They did not report this fee to the home warranty company (it's been a month), resulting in my contract being suspended. Very shady and unprofessional.
