I really enjoyed the transparency and communication with Art's Plumbing. We actually started on the wrong foot as they were contracted through a bad general contractor and communication issues caused plumbing problems at our house, but Art's stepped up, worked with us to figure out the problems and move forward. It would have been very easy for them to just ignore us. That bad experience could have killed any other relationship, but they did what was right and then put together a plan for us to move forward on the project. All their employees are very kind and professional, especially, Logan, who is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable for both residential and commercial plumbing. Logan replaced the water heater at our home. Logan was very polite, and did a great job on the install. After the install, we had the building inspector come out for the final inspection and it passed with no issues whatsoever.
