Called Eric from Big Bear Plumbing, he arrived on time, charged what I expected and got my leak under the water heater fixed same day. Additionally he was very personable, and is a Navy Veteran, supporting Veteran business always makes me feel better. If you need a great plumber and human being call Eric.

Big Bear came highly recommended by my realtor and I am SO incredibly glad I did. Eric was absolutely amazing! I called late yesterday afternoon, and by today he had us a new water heater and installed. Zero waiting time for anything and his prices were good. Im always happy in supporting local businesses AND supporting our military members!

Eric fixed the leaking pipe next to my water heater. He arrived at my house at the time he promised and explained to me how he will fix the leak with details. This is what I like. After he completed the work, he cleaned up the work area. So everything looks nice and clean.

He was on time which is really important to me, and he was thorough in explaining his findings, and was able to fix the leak in the wall the same day. He was pleasant and polite. Charged $325 to snake a toilet and sink (30-45 minutes of work). Toilet failed the next day and we were told we needed a new toilet. He refused to come out and look at it or fix it and likely fixed the toilet knowing it was a bandaid solution. Do not use
