Goettl has always been great with us. They are always punctual and on time. We've been able to make last minute appointments easily. We recently joined their Membership Program and I was pleasantly surprised when they called to say we had a free AC unit maintenance, included in our package. We also received a voucher for a very reduced rate on a years supply of filters. They always check our filter with every visit and replace it for us. The Monthly rate for their Membership is very reasonable and with the added bonus of receiving a discount on all work we scheduled with them, as well. We have had a new Furnace Installation, Kitchen Sink Rejuvenation, Toilet Repair, Free Clogs Drain, AC Maintenance and Repair. I really don't know this day and age how much services cost anymore. I do research when I'm going to invest this kind of money into a company to care for our home. Geottl is not overly priced and with the discount our membership package provides, it's a pretty easy decision to get the repairs done and know that we are being well taken care of by Geottl. We have not done every single service repair suggested but the majority, we have. Overall, I'd suggest Geottl because first how punctuality, professionalism and friendliness all the technicians are. We will keep our membership going forward. Thanks, Geottl!!!

Marco and Andy worked eight hours straight on removing old furnace and new furnace installation. My superheroes!They did drink some coffee upon arrival very briefly and got to work, but I couldn’t feed them and self care is critical. They did not break for lunch. They just wanted to push through. Further, they cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous and chill. You are fortunate to have this team of young men working for you. Yes, I am quite pleased and happy with the results. Thank you!

We have problem on our unit since the very first time we have our HVAC was installed coz when we turn on our Heater and Ac its stop by itself so we mentioned this to the company and some technician come and check it some of them check it when we have our maintenance and they just check the thermostat and they said its ok . Until the problem keep coming back and we have Dan Weinhold today to come and check where is the problem. First he is a very nice and friendly guy he takes his time to find what causing the problem . He check everything and explain nicely what exactly the problem is and help us explain what we need to do. Overall he is an excellent Technician that i would request to have our maintenance done all the time. And i would recommend to have a nice recognition on his good work ethics and excellent JoB!!

I called Goettl on March 14 and had a prompt and efficient appointment on March 15. By the way, they are open seven days a week. Diego, the technician, arrived on the fifteenth, described the situation, and made recommendations for replacing it with a new one, which we accomplished. In my opinion, he was providing us with accurate information in a professional manner, which is what I prefer. Marco and his team arrive punctually on the 17th and complete the task. Also, thanks to Marco and his team. Additionally, I received two years of plumbing and heating servicing. I believe I will keep working with them. Good so far, Goettl

Jacob is a true professional. Did a great job on the install as well as his whole team a month ago. He diagnosed a loose fitting and wire on furnace today. Had us up and running in no time. He always asks if we have any other problems with the system. Jacob is very much a real asset to your company. I would recommend him to anyone. 5 stars. Bob and Dee.

Well…. They came out for a free service check. Told me I needed a new heater. Mine was unsafe to use. The heat exchanger was cracked…. Gave me a quote. I had a second and third opinion done, just to make sure to price out the best option for my family, and both other companies told me my heater is fine. It’s old. Will have to be replaced eventually, obviously. But they said nothing is wrong with my heater. It’s not unsafe at all. I was advised to just keep using it till it dies. Both other companies also mentioned that Goettl didn’t even put their diagnosis on the invoice. No where does it say that my heat exchanger is cracked, nor did they say it was unsafe to run on the invoice. I was skeptical because they also didn’t turn it off. ‘ it’s unsafe to use. … but you’ve got kids who need heat. ‘ I’m glad I called for a second and third opinion. I felt a little duped. I was terrified our heater would burn my house down, or we’d have to worry about carbon monoxide (because that was also mentioned to us…) No wonder they were pushing me to lock the sale in quick… cause I told them I had other companies coming out to look….

Pablo,the service guy was on time. He did a thorough inspection of our Heater. We were informed about the condition of the furnace in great detail.
