Legacy Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

Our technicians Grant and Sam were absolutely amazing! Not only were they professional, but they went above and beyond to ensure that our electrical work was done correctly. This was the best interaction I have ever had with a heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical company. Hands down I would recommend them to anyone who needs good, reliable work done. THANK YOU!!

When our water heater started leaking the week before Christmas, we scheduled an appointment to have the team from Legacy Air come out so we could get a new water heater. I wanted a hybrid (heat pump) water heater and with an older home, I knew the switch from gas to electric could pose a challenge but the salesguy (Eric) was confident I could get what I wanted. He gave me a quote, we figured out financing and the appointment was scheduled to get it installed. Yesterday four contractors showed up, plumber, electrician and two HVAC guys. Everyone was here by 8:30 and got to work. The electrician looked at my panel and I could feel the concern emitting from him so as he started trying to figure out where the HP Water heater would go, I let him know that I am in the Home Performance industry and was prepared for my panel size to be an issue. I could see the relief in his face, had I not had the known what I know, that could have been a very difficult conversation. Luckily the previous owners had a spa and had installed a dedicated breaker for the spa so they were able to tie into that and use that breaker. My panel is only a 100 amp panel and has now been maxed out with our newest addition! If I want to switch out any other gas systems with electric, I will need a new panel. The team finished a little after 5pm and the water heater is working beautifully! The guys were awesome!! All of them were professional, polite and really great throughout the whole day! Because of the fantastic customer service, professionalism and overall awesomeness, Legacy Air has gained a lifetime customer. The Legacy team did a great job removing the old furnaces and condensers and installing the new equipment. They did it all in one day which was great but they didn’t finish until 10:30 at night. I was concerned that the mouse might have been disruptive to my neighbors One of the furnaces didn’t have an air filter, I was told that someone would deliver today, but nothing as of 3 pm

Had legacy do a mini split install and let me say Spencer and Edward do excellent work and the Manager Red was a pleasure to work with as well! Start to finish transparency. I will definitely call Legacy air for all my future maintenance calls and projects!

Grant Brittle and Sam were amazing! They didn’t end up having a wire to fix our electrical wire to our panel and went back into town to get it and still came back to get it fixed! Despite their busy schedule and it being very late in the day on a Friday. The energy company had shut off our power due to the work so if it didn’t get finished we were going to have to go without power. These two guys were professional, efficient and I am extremely grateful they were able to get this done for me! Also the only company that was able to come out within a few days to fix our issue. Definitely would recommend them, especially these two technicians!

Awesome! Worked out a deal for our budget! Very pleased. Nathan and Chad did a great job for us! We will recommend them to anyone that needs a new furnace. Thank you!! We had to leave before they were done, so we didn't get to see the work. Wow! They did an amazing job!! We are so thankful!

Arrik arrived on time. He was clean, kind, and detailed; the epitome of professionalism and customer service. He educated me about my system, explained everything he was doing, and took pictures of everything he did to show me the problem spots. He’s a great salesman and a very knowledgeable technician, but not pushy in the slightest. He believes in his product, he gave me the facts, and wrote down everything I needed to make the decision that is right for me.
