Donny came out to get the finance started and was very professional answered all our questions, we got the install scheduled for the next day, the day of the install the team called letting us know they were running a Lil late but they got to our home right before I got home from working graveyard a Lil after 8am, so they weren't late in my eyes they were due between 7-8am, Anthony and his team were professional and caring to make sure the gate was closed so the dogs could go outside, it was raining during the install and had to get under the house to replace the duct that was damaged , the team tried keeping the door closed while going inside and out due to the cold so we wouldn't get to cold , my mother is 86 yrs old and just got out of the hospital/rehabilitation center, Anthony showed me how to use the new thermostat and checked everything worked , right after they completed their work it began snowing . We are so thankful to Sierra Air for coming out when they did , I was calling around but they were the only ones who came out to try seeing if it could be fixed, I will always be greatful to this company and will recommend them for any work ! I will always be a loyal customer thanks again to everyone who took my call , to getting a tech out to servicing the heater, to getting us financed to the install it was well worth it !!! This summer i can't wait to try out our new air-conditioner, it will be a change from the swamp cooler ! And I think the dogs will love it on the hot days as well ! I can not give enough thank you, putting a priority getting heat into the house knowing that my mom is elderly they try their best to get service quickly and professionally when it comes to seniors !!! And yes the team cleaned up everything even ran a shop vacuum to make sure there wasn't any Lil wood or metal shaving that dropped on the floor when they were taking the old heater out!!!

Our furnace had been out for 2 going on 3 days while we worked with a home warranty company to get a provider in to do repairs. When it got to Saturday and the home warranty company wasn't able to find anyone available to do the work, I called Sierra Air. Their customer service was exceptional..They were concerned, prompt (got someone out later that day) and worked with the warranty company to make sure that our repairs were covered. The technician was helpful, informative and personable. He gave me some tips to keep the older furnace operating at peak. I will be using Sierra Air in the future and highly recommend them going forward.

I was referred to Sierra from a Local. After reaching out to Sierra for something different, Sierra was giving us several quotes and ended up at our Furnace which had rust and a cracked pipe inside of it (48yrs old). Their prices were high but I feel that the quality of work to put in the furnace (13 hrs) and bringing everything up to code was more important to me then going with a fly by night person. When you are paying for a big expense, especially unexpected, you need to go with a company that is through, great warranty and most important, a great job. They even rerouted the water heater pipe.

Francois from Sierra Air came for an annual maintenance and was extremely helpful! He was personable and knowledgeable and helped explain to me exactly what he was doing. He also offered to come back out personally if there were any issues, since after our last maintenance our system had a malfunction. Sierra Air has been a wonderful company to work with and everyone who comes to our home is exceptional!

We're on a annual service plan and it was time for our annual heater/furnace inspection. The service tech (Fielding?) was on time, very courteous and professional. He made some small adjustments to our gas valve and replaced three air filters and was done. He explained everything clearly and was on his way. No upselling... just good service work. I highly recommend Sierra Air!

We received phenomenal service from Colin last week. He came to do maintenance on our two furnaces and did such a thorough job on both of them. Not only did he get the job done but he also took time to give us feedback about both of the furnaces along with pictures that he took of them. We're very pleased with his service and hope to see him next time.

All of our contacts with Sierra Air were pleasant and responsive. We first had them analyze the existing systems in our house, met with the estimator the following day, and then they installed two new furnaces within two business days after that. They were incredible, and we highly recommend them.

My Lennox had been working great for 14 years, but preventive maintenance had been ignored. One cold evening it got the hiccups and the furnace began shutting down. I called Sierra Air and within two hours, Chris arrived and got the furnace operational, but parts were needed. He ordered these and installed these the following week. Next week he will replace the cracked and leaking condensate trap. Chris is truly an expert on these Lennox hvacs. Thank You for a job well done!
