Kurt and Anna have been taking care of me for the better part of the 38 years Iāve lived in my home. I have never had any reason to complain about anything! Anna is always great on the phone, and Kurt is the most personable and professional guy youāll ever meet. He always gets the job done right! Yesterday morning was Christmas morning. I got up at 4:30 AM to find my thermostat was dead and my furnace was running continuously and blowing the 28-degree outside air into my house! I tried to troubleshoot it myself for about an hour and then put in a call to Weaklandās, knowing I would get voicemail. While I was waiting to leave a message, I started to feel bad about the prospect of interrupting their Christmas Day, and so I ended up hanging up without leaving a message, and started looking for HVAC companies on Google. Well, when Anna got up, she saw that I had called, and she called me back. I explained to her what was going on, and within about 45 minutes, Kurt was at my house. He didnāt have the part he needed, but he put one in that would hold me for the day until he could pick one up the next day when everything was open. Thatās the kind of service and loyalty that you canāt even put a dollar amount on. My family was coming over for Christmas dinner, and Kurt and Anna saved the day, sacrificing part of their Christmas Day to help me. There are no words I can use to express how much I recommend Weaklandās and Kurt and Anna. Thank you so much for always being there! You guys are the best!
