It is with great pleasure I write this review. Recently my daughter had an issue that required immediate attention. A water flow system needed to be installed in her home. There were only four days to get this completed. I contacted Wiley plumbing as I have used them in the past with fantastic results. I explained the situation to Jason the owner and he scheduled and sent employees to our rescue the next morning. I can't say enough about this companies professionalism, promptness, and highly efficient work ethic. The system was installed and functioning by mid day. Not only did they do a great job they cleaned up after the issue and made sure we had no additional concerns. I highly recommend Wiley Plumbing and will use them again should the need arise.

Last week we woke up to a very cold house do to furnace not staying on. I had to fix ASAP don’t want my 4mo grandson to freeze. Called Wiley's Plumbing they came out first thing in morning had furnace up and running. Everyone helpful and friendly. Thanks again for great service. Will definitely be using them for now on

Love these guys. Wiley's installed the HVAC and plumbing in my newly-constructed house and did a great job from installation through inspection. A couple of things popped up recently that needed attention and they were so responsive and professional, and resolved the issues. Great service. Jason, Robert, Ralph, Isaac, Kristin, Jennifer (I know I'm missing a few) have been so nice and sensitive to my situation - I thank them!! - and recommend Wiley's for anyone needing plumbing and HVAC services. And they're a family-owned business that has been in Reno for years so happy to support them!

This company gets 5 stars, the professionalism of rapid scheduling and price quote with Sierra was handled promptly. Ralph the plumber and his tech was very efficient, extremely professional , and pleasant. They cleaned up , left me with a beautiful water heater and even made me a sticker with a date on it for a reference for future maintenance . The price point was honest and I love supporting excellent mom and pop businesses. Thank you Wiley’s for your great work .

Every once in a while you come across a company or individual that needs to be applauded. Such is the case with Jason Wiley and Wiley Plumbing & Heating.I have entrusted all my plumbing and heating work to them. Amazing work, Amazing crew with High Standards, Integrity and Honesty. One of the most positive comments I would ever give - from the owner down through the personnel, I have never had such a positive experience. Friendly, professional, and so caring about the customer, this company gets the highest praise I can give. The office personnel, so understanding and caring, down through the other employees, I am so satisfied. Two employees I have to mention - Jimmy (he is definitely crazy), and Eric - this young man knows his job and it shows. Now I’m sure any of the other employees I have met? Oh, the costs are refreshing and easy to accept.

We've used Wiley's before with great satisfaction. However, most recently I scheduled an appointment for service, took a vacation day off work to be there, and their tech couldn't do the job because his company van was broken down and he had no parts (not the tech's fault.). No call from the company ahead of time to let me know this, just found out when the tech arrived. I was then told Wiley's would call and reschedule when the tech's van was repaired. Over a month goes by, and they finally call my wife and schedule another service. My wife takes a vacation day to meet them. No one shows up at the scheduled time. I call and they tell me they have the appointment in their system, but somehow it didn't get assigned to anyone. 2 wasted vacation days, more than a month of waiting and still no repair. Thanks for nothing.
