Everything looks great water is still a little cloudy from the new filter but they said that it should clear up soon. Javier was great and has been a big help. I have his cell if anything goes wrong and he said I could call him anytime. They worked with us on the financing and were very helpful by offering suggestions on how to handle our situation. I highly recommend them.

Beware price gouging on materials! We've used All Hours Air to service old oil furnaces in two different houses for more than the last 10 years.The front office and the techs have always been friendly and prompt. And they have kept some old furnaces running. So far so good: 5 stars. But recently we were having problems with our furnace: we called and they came out promptly, replaced the electrodes and burner nozzle, but then figured out that part of the problem was the electronic burner control box (which I don't doubt was true). They said the part was $1100 (we'd already paid for the service call and the labor for the other work, so this was just the cost of the new unit). It was cold and we needed the furnace running so I said go ahead. But while the tech was calling his office to see if they had the part in stock, I looked it up online: original equipment was $150 at Home Depot! Long story short: I said I'd be willing to pay a 100% markup (still awfully high), but not a $950 one (a 733% markup on retail). I ended up ordering the part and installing it myself, after a few more cold nights, which of course defeats the purpose of hiring a contractor. Sorry AAA, I won't be using your services again. The good news: I now know how to install an oil burner control unit.

The crew that came out was nice however not very knowledgeable. They determined that the gas control valve needed to be replaced on the water heater and quoted me over $1200 for the job. The part is only $265. I asked him why it was so expensive and he said because they charge by the job and it’s about $400 an hour. It should take about a half hour to swap the control valve out. He also tried to sell me a package to cover all of our appliances because he said he works on commission. No mention that the part was under warranty I told them no I would not accept their bid and they left. I called the manufacturer and the part is under warranty. Today I called another plumber. He came out and within 15 minutes, diagnose the problem, proved it to me and knew that the part was under warranty and that I would only have to pay labor for the installation of the new valve.

Duane completed a very thorough cleaning of my accuclean filter by American standard plus tune up of my heater at a very reasonable price. I am very pleased.

Trent C. showed up early in my 3 hour window. He was very personable and I trusted him immediately. Explained what he was doing during the process and was very thorough. The cost was very reasonable compared to all the others I checked with. I will be calling All Hours Air for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Overall, I'd say our experience has been excellent. We received a mail offer for a massive discount on a furnace if we purchased a new A/C. We decided to use that offer to replace both our systems which were 25 years old. The estimate provided by Todd was thorough and detailed, and it beat out three of the top competitors in the area. The install was scheduled within a week of the estimate and the two gentlemen that performed it arrived on time and finished in a single day.

They came out Monday afternoon to determine the issues and snake one of the line. Gave me a very reasonable quote and without even asking gave me a military discount. Problem ended up being worse then they originally thought and had to replace 27 ft of piping and didn't charge me any extra . Both techs were very professional and did a great job.

We called AllHoursAir at 12 noon today and they were out at our house in two hours. Chance was awesome! Very professional and he fixed our plumbing and we are back in on line! I would strongly recommend them if you need immediate help! Two other services that we called yesterday never returned our phone call! Great service!
