Called to schedule an appointment for knocking pipes. He walked me through fixing it myself over the phone and when we thought the issue wasn’t resolved he offered to swing by on his personal time before his work day started to take quick a look. But what he walked me through doing over the phone actually resolved the issue. He refused to let me pay him anything for his help. Hands down the best customer experience I have ever had with a plumber.

Legitimately one of kindest individuals I have come across in the community. His work from a plumbing perspective is A+ and will absolutely speak for itself. But his kindness and legitimate willingness to help those customers he serves is far beyond anything I have experienced in the community. I have used Sam on two different occasions and don’t think I would ever consider using another plumber.

I had a drainage problem with the kitchen sink. I called Sam last night and he suggested a couple of simple items to try first and if that didn't work, to call him back. I called him back this morning and asked if he could come by and he came right over. He was friendly, professional and HONEST. He explained what the issue was, ran a snake through the drain and gave me some simple preventive maintenance tips to maintain the drain pipes. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone with plumbing issues.
