Can I give 10 stars?! I was referred to Best by my favorite HVAC company, and I'm glad I was. I had a pretty significant job - replumbing my 1957 home, removing all the heavily rusted galvanized pipe and replacing with aquapex. I expected to pay a lot for this job, especially based on the quotes I got from the big companies with the billboards you see all the time (over $18,000). Best's quote was less than half for MORE work, AND my water was restored every night so I didn't have to check into a hotellike the other guys recommended. The entire job took only 3.5 days (the other guys quoted 5 days), and the team was on time at my house every morning. They had a lot of recommendations to correct some handy homeowner work that's been done over the years by prior owners, and we will be starting that in the spring. I will not only always use Best, but I will recommend them to all my clients! Thank you, Best Heating and Plumbing!

Joe showed up so quickly as my husband and I watched in horror as our water heater began spraying water with increasing force from the expansion tank. He replaced the tank and showed us how to turn off our water main as a bonus. Thank you Joe for saving us from a flood! His price was very reasonable for the repair.

I absolutely made the right choice with Best. To begin with, technician Ralph showed up at my job almost an hour early. He changed out my water heater and made adjustments for the new one with thorough knowledge and time efficiency. Then he patiently went through my house to establish ideal hot and cold water temperatures and made other plumbing installs to make these improvements. HIGHLY recommend, and VERY happy with Ralph.

Yes yes yes hire this company. Kathleen in office is great. Owner Joe is great. Techs were great. Very responsive. Very quick. Timely. Very informative. They saved me thousands and saved me time and hassle diagnosing differently then another company that I was trying to hire did (they weren't calling me back to return). This is how I know everything happens for a reason. I am thankful for this company and will definitely be using them for my remodel and any other plumbing needs I may have. I am so happy to have hot water after 2 days and with a 6yr old and elderly father that I wish I could just hug everyone at this company! Customer service is lacking in so many ways with contractors these days... not with Best Plumbing!!! You are in good hands. UPDATE: just make sure you get clarification on hourly rate because they ended up charging me a 2nd guy in which I was not advised of when I asked about the rates and when I got a quote. So bill ended up being double what I was expecting.

We have used Best Plumbing and Heating for a variety of projects in our house, from baseboard heating repair, toilet repair, leak repair, and even helping us install some new sinks. I'm not one to write a lot of reviews but I do read them when looking to do a project, so I wanted to make sure I leave a review for this team for anyone who may be looking. They have always been very professional and responsive and do great quality work. Kathy in the office is quick to respond to any calls and helps to schedule us quickly at a time that works for us. We have had nothing but excellent interactions with everyone on their team and they are always honest and upfront about any repairs or work needed. We will continue to use them in the future and couldn't recommend them more. Thank you to the whole team!
