We needed a bathroom inspection ASAP and we were stressed out. Other companies didn't listen to our situation nor did they care, and just told us they didn't have the time to come out for at least a week. When we called Hansen & Sons, they listened, understood the bind we were in, and even though they were fully booked, they made time to come out by the end of the same day! Amazing customer service, knowledgeable, affordable, quick turnaround, and would definitely recommend and will use again.

The entire process of having this work done was phenomenal. From getting an estimate, scheduling, and execution all was seamless, friendly, and a great value. Both Gary and Greg were professional and did a great job. We will definitely hire Ira Hansen and Sons again.

Wow, what a journey. Our tankless water heater broke down and we were without hot water in the house for the weekend. On Friday afternoon, I contacted a number of local plumbers without success. I then found Ira Hansen & Sons Plumbing. Chad called me back within the hour, he listened to my plight, then a shot time later came to our house to investigate the issues. After looking at and testing our existing unit, he explained the issues and gave us choices and recommendations on how to proceed. We decided to replace the unit. Chad showed up on Monday, he completed the job by 3 pm. He gave us a fair price to replace our old unit. We now have hot water and the system is up to code. The new system has a 15 year warranty. Chad was pleasant to work with and respected our house. Thank you Ira Hansen and Chad. Keep up the great work.

Had a pipe burst and Ira Hansen Plumbing came out immediately. They coordinated the water shut off with the city and the mitigation specialist for water damage. Tristen was awesome and got my plumbing redone quickly and efficiently. My water was never off over the weekend and repairs were made expertly at a reasonable realistic cost. I highly recommend Hansen plumbing!

Finally a 21st century plumbing business with customer service and support to match. I was able to conveniently get a response at 10pm for a blockage to the street, make a next day 830am appointment via text from none other than their GM Larissa! Aaron the tech was professional , honest and expedient. I would highly recommend you give this team a call. You guys rock!

Had an issue with our sinks at church that appeared suddenly between services. Our regular contact was unavailable since it was Sunday, so I started calling around. After trying a couple of numbers, Ira and Sons plumping was the ticket. Not only were they available, but prompt as well. They said by 2pm yet they were on site by 1pm. Arron and Chad made a problem seem like no problem at all. Good Guys. Fast, courteous, and affordable. I will definitely keep them as a contact. Thanks. P.S. Chad our technician installed a gas line under the house for our new stove. He showed up on time, communication was on point, thorough in explaining things, respectful of our property, cleaned up after and my stove works beautifully too! While turning back on the gas he discovered our hot water heater to be outdated and needing some TLC. He replaced a few major parts and we'll be scheduling a hot water heater install soon with him soon. Great experience!

Had a kitchen drain replacement and clearing done by Greg, and he went above and beyond to provide high quality work. He walked me through the problem and solution, and provided advice to prevent future leaks. Thanks a bunch for the peace of mind - highly recommend!
