Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Reno / Sparks

I had to call another plumbing company shortly after to finish the job. They obvious did mot clear all of the debris in our sewer line. Still had to pay over $300 for a simple snake job they didnt even do to completion.

Called and made an appointment, had to wait 5 days until appointment. Time frame given was from 3pm - 5pm..... dude never showed. I called but got nowhere. The next day the dude calls and says "sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday" (like i was waiting for a call) I was like we had an appointment. He says "I can be there in 2 hours", this was at 4pm. As I sit here at 7:10 he is still not here and has not called. What an absolute joke of a business. They dont take their customers seriously and dont care about doing a good job. Never again.

I had a very positive experience. I called and voiced a complaint regarding something that was never brought up before even though previous plumbers from Mr Rooter were under the house (a few years ago). The manager, Chad, came out to look at Everything that had been done over the past few years by them, and is fixing anything that was not done correctly, or up to his standards. I recommend Mr. Rooter to everyone. Chad is really great to work with and make sure the job is done and done right, and is completely honest with how things work. -Update: They worked pretty much all day yesterday to finish what is hopefully the last thing needed to be done. Luckily the weather was nice, but the water they were working with definitely wasn't. I continue to recommend Mr. Rooter to everyone when they ask for a plumber. Very happy customer.

Mr. Rooter plumbing was great! I called because there was a clog somewhere in my kitchen sink pipe which caused dirty water to flood all over my kitchen floor. I was worried because I was leaving on vacation the following morning. I called them, explained my situation and they were able to get someone to my house in an hour. The tech who showed up was extremely professional and helpful. He ended up snaking the pipe and cleared the clog! All in all, the service was excellent and affordable. Thank you Mr. Rooter for relieving this stress!

Chad and his team at Mr. Rooter plumbing were amazing. We just purchased our first house, and as soon as we moved in, sewage started leaking under the house. Chad was very frank from the beginning about all of the plumbing issues we had, and did a great job advising the best solutions, while keeping cost in mind. They documented everything and kept us in the loop the entire time. They worked extremely fast and did the best they could to get us back up and running as quickly as possible. We still have more plumbing issues to take care of with the main sewer line, but we started replacing the plumbing under the house first. As soon as we start the main line work, I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter.

I am currently in the middle of house repairs due to water damage from our water heater but so far we are beyond satisfied with Chad, He is the Field Manager of Mr. Rooter and he has been professional and proficient explaining in detail our issues/damages going out of his way to ensure everything is dealt with correctly and timely. Even as to return after 9pm to continue his work and to return mid day another time just to check a slight leak making sure there's no more damage being done while we wait for our restoration team to attend to all of our water damage.

Rich Jolly was awesome! He was professional, informative, patient with all of my questions, and did an A+ job installing my water heater! I recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of plumbing work! He never pressured me, got it done in a timely manner, and cleaned up after the work was done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.... To say I was pleased with the service I received from Mr Rooter, would be an understatement. We had a leaking main valve outside our house. It was causing some pretty substantial pooling/flooding in front of our house. I called Mr Rooter that afternoon and they had two guys show up within 2 hours of the call. The guys were super nice and professional. I showed them where I found the leaking valve and where the water was coming up and pooling. The water was also running into the street. I had to shut the water off to the house for the night. It was already late that day so they said they would be coming back. They provided me with a quote and stated they would be back soon. The next morning at 7am sharp, I received a call from (the owner I believe). He said they would be coming out ASAP. The same 2 guys from the previous day arrived just after 8am and got to work. They were very nice and professional and told us every time they would be leaving to get a part and explained our costs thoroughly. The Mr Rooter guys worked at our house for over 9 hours and got the job done. The price was fair and they were very efficient. I got a call from the owner afterwards and he asked if I had any questions and explained everything in detail. If you are looking for any sort of plumbing needs, use Mr Rooter!!!
