We were referred to Rapid Rooter for our plumbing issue that involved tree roots. No regrets here! They were very accommodating and professional. Rapid Rooter investigated and fixed the issue quickly. The other plumber we had out here wanted to rip out the floors and replace piping. We saved so much money calling Rapid Rooter for a second opinion. Thank you! We will definitely use your business again in the future.

Don’t use the online appointment tool on the weekend! No one will answer! That should me Will let you know how the service is if someone calls me back to open my drain. Stars may change depending upon reactions. To follow up. I was able to contact the manager, let him know about the appointment tool not working on the weekend, and schedule service. He told me that they were 2-3 hours out. What can you do? Get this!!! 10 minutes later , I get a call and the tech is 5 minutes away!! Half hour later, drain is clear and life is good!! Thanks Rapid Rooter!

The first person who came out had some difficulty getting the job done and they sent out another person who took care of our problem very professional and through. They called the next day to follow up on their work and I was very pleased that they satisfied us and we would highly recommend them if you want the problem resolved fast and professional. We will always use them for other needs and advice.

Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to.
