DiPalma Plumbing & Rooter Service

These people are scammers. They did shady work. When I asked them to pick up the concrete outside my back door, the tore open my screen and ripped it to threads. Nasty people. Don’t use them. They overcharge. Tried going to small claims court. They use the address Baywood drive, bit there is no such address.

These people are rip off artists. They talk the talk but don't walk the walk. Not only are they cons, they are racist. His wife dropped the "N" word multiple times before they realized that we have multiracial people in our family. They only did half the work which we then had to hire someone else to fix. Told us the work would take 2 weeks, 4 months later another contractor finished the job because they wanted to charge us more money to come back to do what they promised to do originally. I could go on for hours about how bad these people are but I think you get the drift. Stay far far away from them.

They saved us from a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night! They worked so hard and didn’t quit until they figured out the problem, even though they could have easily left us without plumbing till the morning. They did not give up until they figured out the problem and got it resolved. They were professional and fair and so skilled. Would highly recommend them to friends and family and I’d call them for both routine jobs and for emergencies any day of the week.

I cannot say enough about how fabulous this company is. Our downstairs toilet was overflowing any time we ran any water anywhere in the house. They came within a half an hour and stayed from about 10 pm until about 2 am. I could tell they were absolutely exhausted but they did what they had to do to get our plumbing up and running - INCLUDING removing the toilet, going in through the laundry room, and even removing a shrub outside. They didn’t waste any time, didn’t nickel and dime you, and we’re so professional and kind. Honestly I feel really fortunate, even though we had this plumbing emergency, that we called this company instead of someone else. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for us!

If there was a ZERO stars, i would choose that. Dipalma Plumbing received a large deposit for some work from my retired, fixed income mother for some work at her house. She wanted a permit with the town and a proper inspection of the work. They dissuaded her from doing so. She called the town to find out that DiPalma DOES NOT have a license to do plumbing in Hamburg. She wanted a legit plumber to do the work. She called and cancelled the work within the 3 days that NYS law provides without penalty. They have not returned any funds, despite ample time and a loss in small claims. Not the first time that court has dealt with this company. Check your reviews people. They speak volumes!!!!!

Guy has a picture of a water heater on his facebook page he is bragging about installing. It isnt even installed up to code. LOL. He is using sharkbite fittings to install it with pex directly on top of a gas water heater. Just another company we have to fix their mistakes after they charge someone too much money to do it wrong.

This is the worst company I have ever used. Be aware of this company before you use them for any work.

Great service, reasonable price, super quality work. I wouldn't call anyone else!
