We recently got a new dishwasher from PC Richard and had a leak from under it. We actually had the leak before with the old dishwasher and our appliance guy couldn’t find anything wrong with the old dishwasher. It was a mystery. I made an appointment with PC Richard to come tomorrow but there was an on going leak which I had to stop. I got a recommendation from a friend who highly recommended 1-Tom-Plumber. The woman who answered the main phone was sympathetic and very kind. I got an appointment for the same morning; today. In came Alex and Rob. What a GREAT experience!! They took time to assess the problem. They found the problems and fixed them at the root which was the back of the DW caused by the installers. They were SO nice and SO informative. Thank you, guys! You deserve this review.

I had an excellent experience with 1-Tom-Plumber! From the moment I called, they were prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Will and Roy arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my drain. They were not only professional and friendly but also very thorough in explaining what went wrong and how they were going to fix it. They worked efficiently and made sure to clean up before leaving, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber for any plumbing needs—they're truly the best in the business!

Well thank you Alex and tom. You were the utmost polite and knowledgeable plumbers I have had. My kitchen faucet working beautifully. What a nightmare that was. But you did it. Thank you my shower sprayer is not leaking. Had 2 other plumbers look at that and couldn’t do the job. I highly recommend them and will be using them again. For my laundry room. Haha. Not the ones they fixed. Try them. You will be very pleased. 😀

Everyone there including Rod, Jen, Donna, Luis, Will and another gentleman that I unfortunately did not get the name of was extremely accommodating. They really were great. Very responsive business to an Emergency home repair on a Sunday. Plumber Luis Sanchez arrived earlier than expected which is never a problem when you don’t have water. Luis was polite, professional, neat, and explained the whole process, made the repair quickly and efficiently which was the replacement of two water supply valves to a laundry room washer. Very happy with Luis handling our repair. $$$ always hurts for a Sunday emergency, but pricing was competitive with other professionals.

Had a really old toilet. It started leaking and could not get a seal anymore for it. Tried Tom the Plumber. Got quick response. Friendly staff. Luis, looked over the situation and recommended a new toilet. He went and got it and installed same day... wonderful. Now I have a nice modern toilet that works. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Rich did a fantastic repair job for us! He was professional, friendly and efficient. He arrived on time and explained everything clearly, worked quickly and left the work area spotlessly clean.
