I would HIGHLY recommend John Ritchie to be your plumber. I called him the day after Christmas to come save me from stopping up my daughters toilet. He told me what time he would be there and was right on time. He gave me an estimate on the phone and it didn't change. It might have been less if he didn't have to do as much as expected, but unfortunately, he had to do what was expected. He was prompt, polite, explained the situation and FIXED IT!!! I was very happy with the service and knowledge he had. I also really appreciated his promptness. I was visiting for Xmas from out-of-town. My daughter was at work and I didn't know who to contact. He was recommended to me from neighbors that Ritchie Plumbing had done work for and it was a GREAT recommendation. Call him if you need any plumbing work done. He was a lifesaver. John was super responsive on our list of time sensitive repairs needed in three of our bathrooms. Although they weren’t complicated, I appreciate that they were all completed before my deadline and at a reasonable cost! Based on my experience, I would def recommend Ritchie Plumbing.

Ritchie Plumbing did a great job installing our garbage disposal. They were able to come out the day after I called. Johnny went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done correctly and that we were satisfied. He even noticed and took the time to fix a broken faucet handle while he was here. I will definitely use Ritchie Plumbing again if we have further plumbing needs.

I've used Ritchie Plumbing a few times now for different repairs in my bathrooms. They were super easy to get ahold of and schedule (sometimes had availability same day which was nice, even though my repairs weren't emergency!). Every time I've used their services, I feel very confident in their solutions, pricing, timeline, and craft. Will definitely recommend and use again for any plumbing needs I have!

Couldn’t have been happier with Ritchie Plumbing. Had a water emergency on the weekend, no other plumbers would take my call or return messages, Got ahold of Jon Ritchie and he came out right away, assessed and fixed the issue immediately. Would def recommend.

These guys were great. So easy to deal with. I sent some pictures of my water heater and they sent me an estimate. The next day they showed up on time and 3 to 4 hours later I had a new water heater. Highly recommend.

John and his team did a great job to update the plumbing of my kitchen sink and waste disposal. He also braced the under mounted sink to the counter top. The plumbing under the sink looks very streamlined after. He and his co-worker cleanup the job site very well after.
