H. Jack's Plumbing and Heating Akron

I called on Wednesday afternoon. That morning we had no water at our house. Recently we had some basement work done by a different company and our water stopped working. Very frustrating and upsetting. H Jack’s called me back right away and had two technicians out the next day. The two men were straight shooters and told me what was messed up. Chip and Steve were great and very professional. Got straight to work. Had my water running and new system put up in less than 24 hrs. Will recommend them to other people and have other house work and remodeling in the future I’d feel comfortable with them doing. They have my trust.

We had a "nut leak" on stug out. Just needed new washer. They removed the marvel and connected pipe to stug out. Put in new connection pipe and stug out band. Charged $417 for that. All I needed was a nut washer replacement. One of the techs even pulled out my plumbers puddy from drain basket and says for extra $100 we can install new drain basket. I literally told him we just replaced the basket two days ago,he says ohh. Do not use these scammers. I straight told them all I need is nut washer fixed,the leak was so slow they couldn't even find it ffs lmao. DO NOT use this company... BEWARE...white nut had leak with gray pipe... Just needed washer. Even confirmed by them. But they removed pipe and added white pipe with silver band and calls nut leak fixed. Pay us $417... Lmao..... edit... excuse me not your customer? you wanna give me that $350 in cash i gave to your tech? oh the lies, do i need to post the receipt here that i am in deed the customer? i will better this up i have video cameras around my house lmao, heres your proof i am in the deed the customer.. why you have two trucks in front of my house? like i said BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS aka liars now lmao... time and date on cameras too. lie your way outta this ben! one of your techs too coming to my door, their identity has been blocked

We enjoyed having them remodel our bathroom. The walk through was indepth and answered all our concerns. Estimate and what we paid was fair, even with the added work that needed to be done on our very old house. They made sure to ask about placement of safety features we needed and how we function in our bathroom. Chip and his team was considerate of our house and time.
