The man that worked on my furnace was absolutely wonderful loved the warmth he gave and the soft careness in his voice was inviting. And he did a awesome 5 out of 5 stars BUT! HIS manager was also here and would not stop trying to sell me shit I can afford.

Sam, Drew, Matt and two others were knowledgeable and professional in cleaning and installing new plumbing in my kitchen. This work entailed all new PVC from the kitchen sink to the clean out, digging out the basement floor to unclog and replace a section of pipe, replacing the concrete floor, and cleaning up. They were very courteous and explained the work they were doing. I am very happy with Jennings and recommend their service.

UPDATE: I have changed my review from 3 stars to 5 stars because of the way Jennings handled an error made by them. I received a call from them after I had posted my initial 3 stars review inquiring about the neutral rating, and after I explained what happened, I was promised a $40 refund for the error, which was done that day. Read my original post to learn what happened and why now they deserve a 5 star rating from me for my experience with them. ORIGINAL POST: First, the technician did great. Paolo was my technician, and was friendly, respectful of my home, and did a great job. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because the young lady who made the appointment on the phone quoted me $99 for the visit, of which, $59 was to come out to the home, and if I decided to move on with the repair, $40 would be applied to the repair, otherwise the full $99 would be applied to come out. Paolo finished the work very quickly, but when it came to settle the bill, he told me the visit was $139, not $99. He showed me on his tablet the pricing, which is fine, but quoting a customer one price over the phone and then collecting a higher price after the repair is a great recipe to collect unhappy customers. As I wrote above, this is not a reflection of the technician, he did his job just fine, and I understand mistakes happen, after all we are all just people and when you're dealing with people mistakes are bound to happen, but my opinion is that the difference between a fair or even good company and a great company is what is done after a mistake is made, and I think it's magnified for service companies like this one. This error was not mine, yet I am made to pay for it, and so far, nothing has been done by the company to correct it, although in their defense I haven't called them about the error, I only told the technician. I understand his job is simply to collect the fee the company charges for its services. I don't know if the technician is empowered at this company to do anything different, like call in the error and see if an adjustment can be made. Let's see if this company reads these posts and how how they respond to them.

Jennings Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electric did a fantastic job on both jobs for us, from installing a new bathroom ceiling vent fan to taking out our old breaker box to put in a new up to date one. The techs were super friendly explaining some of the work process they did along the way to being super quick and efficient. The office staff was amazing as well working with both me and my wife and our crazy work schedules to get both jobs in and done. Overall 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ great job keep up the excellent work I will definitely recommend for others to check out the company(if they haven't already)

Daniel was very knowledgeable and professional. He installed a new furnace for my 96 year old Aunt. She has difficulty hearing and seeing and he was so kind and helpful to her. She is so happy to have a warm home again. Daniel is an excellent representative for your company. I also spoke to your receptionist who was also very helpful. I will tell anyone that asks Jennings is a very reputable and reliable company.

We woke up freezing! I called around and everyone suggested Jennings! I now know why 😀 Jacob was amazing, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Even in a mini blizzard he traveled for my part and had us back up and running before lunchtime! Thank you Phillipians 4:7

Three representatives of Jennings helped install our furnace and AC: Daniel, Joe and Andy. There were a couple others whose names I did not get. They were ALL very professional and kept me apprised of the various stages of removing old equipment and install of the new units. They took time to explain how the new system works. Before leaving, everything around the work areas were swept and cleaned-up. Very pleased!
