We just had this amazing team come do our annual inspections. Everyone was SO knowledgeable, helpful, and this business is very customer focused. We love that they're veteran owned as well. Each of our inspectors took the time to show us some basics so we knew what to watch for, each took the time to send us quotes for recommended services, and better yet they let us know which services were completely optional versus a safety concern that should be higher priority. It was awesome that the techs updated us about code changes to be aware of. Communication is also great - text messages with photos of the techs so you know who to expect and a little info about them. Big shout out to Julio J, Robert E, and Dawson M for our inspections! J&J staff performed a furnace inspection as part of our monthly membership. It took about 1 hour. Their staff were professional, friendly, and diligent to the task. I was able to observe and ask questions, which was well worth my time. They were honest because they said our furnace was generally in good condition given its age. They gave me a couple upgrades to think about for the future.

Justin arrived shortly after calling to say he was heading to us. After explaining the plumbing work I needed, he gave an estimate and explained the work he would do. I asked when he could do the work and how long it would take, I was told he could do it today and take about 2 hours. I agreed to the work. Justin was friendly and very knowledgeable! It was completed and Justin showed and explained the work. I recommend J & J for any plumbing work !!

We hired J&J to fix our utility tub lines and plumbing issues in our home's basement and they were great. Adam L. was very accommodating and answered all of our questions before the quote. He was very professional and completed the job within a few hours, even helping to diagnose a separate issue I had questions about after the job was done. Highly recommend these guys!

I’m working on a home project that requires some plumbing needing relocated. I called a local company and they gave me the run around about when they could come out and do the work and then radio silence. I called J and J and Chase B. Was out the next day to give me an estimate on the work. Chase B. and Alex H. were out a couple days later and completed the work. Chase and Alex were professional, knowledgeable, and communicative about the work they were doing. I’m definitely looking forward to having them work on my next project! I’ll be recommending J and J plumbing, along with Chase and Alex to anyone who needs professional plumbers.

Scott W. and Ryan were beyond professional!!! They were kind, concerned for my aunt and her home, thorough, and patient with my numerous questions!! Scott took the time to explain all the work that was done, and Ryan was so kind to my aunt as Scott explained. My aunt appreciates their kindness, work ethic, understanding, and their excellent work, and so do I! They respected her, they listened, and they cared. Their overall quality of work can't be matched. The staff at J&J is also top-notch...every person with whom I have spoken has been extremely kind. Thank you J&J for all of your assistance with multiple issues in an older home...we appreciate you!! :D

Contacted J & J recently for an issue with my hot water heater. Had an appointment scheduled for the 1-5pm block. They called me the morning of and moved it up to 9-1. The technician showed up after 2 pm. Once here he took a look at my leak and made light of the previous work done. And said he wouldn’t do anything with the previous plumbing ( which he repeatedly made fun of) because he “ wouldn’t put his company name” on fixing it. Even though there wasn’t an issue with the previous work. The overfill valve was bad. The technician then proceeded to explain the 3 estimates he was providing. Which ranged from $6400- $9080. . The technician was willing to “ put his company name” on these outrageous estimates. I had an entire tank similar to the previous one for a quarter of the price. Technician was only interested in selling me an overpriced tank. He also in detail told me what his rate would be to make a warranty call on my defective tank ( $100 an hour). The company I went with did the call free of charge.

****UPDATE - Within days, the toilet started to LEAK, so we called because we had a 30 day warranty, they tried to tell us there is a possibility of them charging us "if it's not their fault why the toilet is leaking (which it was)." They came out & snaked the drain again & there was no leak for a couple days. Well 2 days ago it started leaking AGAIN & now they want to charge us because "the 30 day warranty only covers 1 TIME if they have to come out and fix something that is their fault." SO OUR TOILET DRAIN IS STILL LEAKING BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY, OUR FLOOR IS RUINED, AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE US FOR SOMETHING THEY MESSED UP & ISN'T FIXED!! We were having plumbing issues so we decided to call and schedule with J&J Plumbing. Jodi was the woman who answered the phone with such a wonderful greeting it actually made me giggle! She was so helpful and knowledgeable and gave me all of the pricing information up front. When Adam J & Vinny R arrived, they were extremely professional, friendly, and personable. They listened to the issues we were having and checked things out thoroughly before giving me the estimate. Once they got started, they made sure to keep me informed of what was going on, as well as stopping and explaining what they needed to do and letting me know any additional costs. They clean up as they work too! Great job guys, and thank you 😊
