My 1983 furnace decided to die the Monday before Thanksgiving. Nick Wilson (not related to ownership name) determined parts for the furnace were no longer available. (It is great to see a young man in the trade and shows enthusiasm for his job). Friday after Thanksgiving I was on the schedule to have the furnace replaced on the following Tuesday. On that day I received notification when they were on their way. The techs were awesome! I am extremely happy with the work performed. Also, four years ago Wilson Plumbing & Heating replaced my hot water tank and cleared a couple slow and clogged drains in my bathrooms. I highly recommend this company!

I can't be happier with the service we received with Wilson. The service technician was professional and thorough and very informative. Made sure I knew what he was doing and why. The installation of the furnace was quick clean and painless. And Lucas in the office treated me like a member of the family and did everything he could to get my home and family warm again. I can't recommend them enough.

No heat on a Friday morning before a big family event followed by the coldest weather of the season, created an emergency situation. As a Healthy home subscriber, Wilson was able to get technician Ryan Longwell for same day resolution on an older unit! We really appreciate the considerate and effective way Ryan handled our breakdown! Thank you!

Seems the service has truly gone down. Had two different techs come out this week….both didn’t even try assessing the problems just told me to replace the systems. One was a 5 year old furnace with no issues. The vent was full and the chimney needs capped. Wanted to do a $1,000 fix that would POSSIBLY fix the furnace. Gas line leak in the other unit and all he did was say replace all the gas lines lol because it will be cheaper to do then having the pressure/bubble test which costed less than $500 total with another company and Wilson wanted $1,000 for the same kind of work. Problem was fixed in minutes. No thanks to Wilson’s shady business practices. Not good at all…..they used to be my go to company but I’m seeing the shady business practices and will definitely not move forward with them any longer.

We would’ve never gotten one of the big box companies to come out and give us the evaluation of our water heater or install it on the same day. Jason, our technician and master plumber, was phenomenal! He evaluated the situation with our old water heater, (over 50 years old) and told us the options of future water heaters/tankless water, heaters, both Electric, and gas, which allowed us to make an educated decision. He was able to pick up a brand new water heater for us and install it, plus remove the old water heater! His work was truly professional, as was he.

Will was wonderful! He did everything professionally and quickly. Best of all, he gave me no bad news. He is a great electrician, and I was very pleased with all of the work that he did.

We contacted Wilson Plumbing to install a new disposal. The sent out Ron Berard who was efficient and knowledgeable. He took care of the disposal installation, refitted our drainage pipes and most importantly No Leaks! Thank you Ron, you did a terrific job for us!
