Steve was amazing and very kind. I started installing a new water softener and ran into issues with the old plumbing not working with the softener. He was kind enough to help me remove a shark bite line and said I was on the right path for the rest of my installation. Great service and a friendly plumber.

Chris came out and did an AWESOME job at our place. We moved in just over a year ago, our house warranty was expired by 2 days, and our system was extremely backed up. Chris, along with two other technicians, came out yesterday, and worked for near 10 hours, qnd then he came out for another 2 today. What should have been nearly a grand in services was cut in half, due to the companys generosity and Chris's eagerness to help. And then today he came out and the insane amount of work he put in, and consequently got out saved us what could have been another 8k of work needing done. As a reminder, please be sure to keep up on the roots in your lines because they really can go crazy in the blink of an eye if you dont!

Chris Carr was absolutely amazing! My pipes had roots in them built up real bad and I was hoping we wouldn't have to replace anything and him and his assistant and supervisor kicked ass and got my clean out taken care of and even gave us great tips to keep up on preventative care as well. He was very informative, fun to talk with and extremely personable, and even took care to clean up after the job super well! We'll definitely be using them in the future!

I appreciated how they listened to my description of the problem, then looked at it themselves, explained what the recommended repair would be, and the estimated cost. They had to go back and get some parts (leaving me time to get errands done). When I returned they were already back. They proceeded to get the job done, removed and replaced all the parts just as described, tested the repair so that I could be assured it was completed. They cleaned up the area well. My wife and I were very pleased with the work. Thank you for a great job!

Mr. Garat was a pleasure to work with. Super friendly and communicative to what he found (the bad and the good) during the plumbing home service inspection.

Great job, issue resolved and you'd never know anyone was here working on the plumbing. Very professional.

Homeowner Beware! This company does not abide by code and safety regulations. The original plumber who came out was great, however the crew who they sent to dig up the yard almost killed my family. They recommended an access point be point in the yard in order to be able to snake the pipes and prevent backups in the basement. We agreed as this had been a regular problem for years and scheduled a date 9-10 days away. The crew never let us know they were here to begin work, started digging without have Oups mark the utilities in the yard and completely severed our gas line. The only warning they gave that they were here was pounding on the door and screaming at me and my kids to get out of the house due to a gas leak. The gas was pouring out of our house so heavily it made our neighbor have to evacuate, as well. Once the gas company fixed the line-they told me that the contractors were NOT to do more work until the lines were marked. That was told to Beavercreek Plumbing and Drain workers. They ignored this and returned that afternoon. Not only did they come back that day, one of the workers decided it was a good idea to smoke in my yard and leave his cigarette butt on top of the job. The manager had to make a call to the owner once I complained. Their idea to make it right was a $350 discount. A slap in the face for something completely preventable, avoidable and inexcusable. Their incompetence could have killed our family and they didn’t care.

No hidden prices. They say what they mean to fix your plumbing issues. For me, they installed a tankless water heater. They did an excellent job and they cleaned up too! I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs a plumber. I like to thank Amanda, Terry and John for getting my home in order in record time!
