I called for service I was informed that the Tech would be avail between 2-4pm and that I would get a call when the tech was on their way. The Tech showed up at my house without calling, I had left to go the the hardware store 6 blocks up the street. The Tech did not call to inform me that he was on the way. I received a msg that I missed the Tech and that we'd try again tomorrow - I took off work a 2nd day to await the Tech. The Tech didn't show nor call. I've called several times to get service rescheduled but the Company has not returned any of my phone calls. there are 4 different phone numbers for the Company but Jim never returned any of my phone calls

Had not heard of this company but we had a whole-house drain problem on a Friday and none of the familiar plumbing companies could see us until Monday. Called Dayton Sewer and Drain in Beavercreek and he was at the door a few hours later. He knew exactly what to do, he fixed our problem at a fair price, and we started the weekend with our plumbing issues behind us. Highly recommended!

This is the absolute best place. Excellent work, even more excellent customer service, as honest as the day is long. Gene knows his stuff and not only efficiently manages any problem, but goes above and beyond in many ways explaining how to keep issue from re-occuring. Have been customer for over 12 years and trust and appreciate his expertise and help.

We had a clog in ourain septic from roots and they came out and we're done in under and hour. Courteous technician and took time to make sure things we're done right and made sure to clean up after they were done
