Dean's Plumbing

We’ve used Dean’s in the past because of great service so I didn’t hesitate calling this time we were in need. Service calls have always been prompt. Today I got a phone and a text with my technician’s photo before his arrival. Ryan was right on time and very thorough in checking out all areas of plumbing. Ryan was very detailed in explaining the service he was going to do and then how to operate the new softener he installed. He also had to run new water lines because last softener wasn’t hooked up to cold water. I feel like he went above and beyond to make everything perfect. When Ryan was finished, he made sure everything was clean and working properly. Will always call Dean’s for all our plumbing needs. Thank you!

Harold and Levi from Dean’s Plumbing did exceptional work for us. They were professional, courteous, competent and very respectful. Also, Dean’s gave us a call to let us know when Harold would arrive and he showed up right on time. We were impressed and would highly recommend this company!

Friendly, thorough and timely. Luke, the Dean’s tech, had installed a well pump and a salt-free water treatment system for us previously and we were very pleased with his work so we were glad he came this time. Today, he and Alex listened to our concern and installed an iron removal system to reduce the iron in our water. Again, they came prepared and did a great job!

Levi was very professional and took the time to explain what he would be doing and why. Very knowledgeable and listened to any concerns we had .He installed the water heater and associated parts the way we wanted without having to ask for it. Would highly recommend him to anyone.!!!! Cole and Chris identified the issue right away and did a thorough job verifying that we didn’t have any leaks due to frozen pipe. They were very experienced and had awesome attitudes along with great customer service skills. They fixed the issue and provided tips on how to prevent this in the future. We discussed the family plan with them and decided to move forward with it as it seemed very worthwhile.

Dean’s plumbing has been our plumber for many years our daughter has used Dean’s since 2002 reliable and gets the job completed always.They installed two tall commodes.Did a great job.Dean is the only plumber we have ever used. Levi did a great job coming by and helping fix some of our smaller issues. Was very professional in explaining how they would fix our other major concerns. Am looking forward to having them come back.

Travis and his associate, Ryan, showed up as scheduled this morning. The kitchen faucet and bathtub faucet were leaking. After looking them over, Travis gave us a quote for the work and we accepted it. The bathtub faucet had corroded over the years requiring heat on a part to get it out. Travis explained to me and my mom what he had to do. He was very patient with us! The applied heat didn’t work so the fixture inside the bath wall would have to come out. Before beginning the work, Travis explained the reason for the additional cost and gave us another quote. We agreed to it. They went out to their supplier and brought back new fixtures that my mom really liked. Now she wants a sink to compliment her new faucet! The current green sink is over 50 years old, so it’s time for an update! We will have them come back to install once she picks her sink out. Travis and Ryan were polite and I was impressed how they carefully and patiently explained what had to be done and the cost. They cleaned up after they were done. Dean’s Plumbing has 2 fine employees to be proud of!

Please don't ever get rid of the stick figure smiley face. He is the best, and is truly the reason I know you exist! Also I was super pleased with the service I received, from scheduling the visit to the service. Everyone was friendly and courteous and knowledgable. I was elated when the guys said they would show me the actual camera footage of my drain so I could see exactly what they were seeing. They explained everything they did and made me feel confident in the work they did. Absolutely 100% would recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work done!
