Had Massie Creek Plumbing do two very different project for me in the last month. They moved two plumbing vent in the attic and replaced the main waterline from the meter well to the house. Both went very well with no issues. The plumber were all very polite and answered all my questions about the two jobs.

I had a leak under my sink the day before Thanksgiving....of course 🙄. My regular plumber was out of town, so I had to find another. I came across this company and was happy that they had openings for a service call. The gentlemen that came were very nice, and all it took was a couple turns of a screwdriver!! I was thrilled until I saw my bill! I am a senior, and I was shocked they charged me 99$ to turn a screwdriver. That was on top of a 89$ service call, that was reasonable. I just was very disappointed, and I will not use them again.

Jeff and his crew were professional, efficient and knew what they were doing! We received a wonderful quote and the work was done with excellence. I cannot recommend Jeff more for his knowledge and expertise with wells and connections. It was clear that he was the man for the job. He was able to connect us to city water and abandon our old well all in 5 hours, whereas other plumbing companies were only able to offer us connection to city water, leaving us searching for someone who knew what to do with the well. When we had any questions, Hannah was easily accessible in the office and went above and beyond to help us, even after hours. Thank you Massie Creek!!

I cannot say enough about Massie Creek Plumbing! We literally saved half from what another estimate provided us!! Seriously! And for the same work. There was one small difference about carving out a spot on the wall to get to sink plumbing. Massie Creek did not even have to do that!!! Very nice plumber and quick work!! Have already added them to my primary list!! Please support this woman owned, smaller business in our area. You will not be disappointed!!!

One of my clients had a leak in their basement. Massie Creek said they could get a plumber out that same morning. Travis showed up soon after the call. He was extremely professional and very helpful with resolving the issue. Thank you for taking such great care of your customers!

This is the second time we have used Massie Creek and if we have any more issues, they will be our first call. Our first issue was a clogged drain. This time was a clogged sewer line. Both times the staff was courteous, professional, and prompt. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was addressed properly. While repairs are never cheap, I feel like both times the cost was reasonable for the quality of service, something you don't see often anymore. Great plumbers and kind staff! UPDATE: They just replaced or water heater for us on VERY short notice. Still a great company with great staff!

Had a massive issue with my plumbing and sewer. These guys stayed with it until everything was fixed and working smoothly. They were hard working, very knowledgeable, honest and personable. Would gladly recommend them to anyone.
