Brian Payton is the best tech! Contacted Stevenson Services by Google message for a clogged kitchen drain and Carol called me and got me scheduled right away. Brian came out and my kitchen drains are open and working again. Brian was polite, professional and customer service oriented! I am a very happy client and I highly recommend!

Kenneth Wooten serviced our air conditioner on March 20,2025 and presented in a very professional and courteous manner. He was thorough in his examination of our system and gave knowledgeable advice with possible issues that could occur. We appreciated his help also in setting up an appointment with Stevenson for replacing our water heater for a larger one to fill a walk in bath tub. We were pleased with his taking time to answer questions while explaining every aspect of what we asked. Today, Stan Foss came to give us a quote on replacing the hot water heater in our home. Because we had a walk in tub installed, we found that we need a larger hot water supply just when we are filling the tub. Stan was very polite and patient to give us all of the ramifications of a tank or tankless approach. He spent considerable time sharing from his knowledge and experience. We appreciate his providing so much information. Thank you, Stevenson, for the quality people you have always sent into our home. We have been satisfied customers for 2 decades or more.

Chad Whaley was a breath fresh air! Got my electrical gremlins sorted out. The new Style plug and play wire attachment type ground fault switch was bad. Retrieved an old Style with wires attached by screws to get the ground to work properly. Amazing what a good part will do. Now system is plugged directly into ground fault switch, not operating off 25 ft extension cord. Chad thanks for your patience and a great service visit. Till next time. R D Rice

Today Stevenson Service Experts took take care of my A/C maintenance.. When I called to make the appointment and the customer service rep was able to accommodate my needs quickly. Today Michael Mullins came to my home he was very professional and immediately got to servicing my A/C tune-up for the upcoming spring/summer months. Stan came out to my house within 12 hours of me calling. He provided excellent and efficient service. He is very knowledgeable about materials used in plumbing, furnaces. He was able to tell me how long each of my appliances would last. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!
