Smylie One does it again!! Always top notch customer service. We moved in our home about 2 years ago and spoke with Joey about a ductless mini split for an addition to our home and our attic. Cody was out quickly and installed everything perfectly (down to even covering up the lines on the outside of the house). Fast forward 2 years later, our dated furnace died on one of the coldest days we’ve had. Steve was out the next day who was able to do a quick band aid fix, but also walked us through both options of the parts and cost to fix, vs just replacing. We decided to replace it and Clay came a few days after we made the decision to just go with the new one. Everything not only looks great, works great, but pain free install too. Could not recommend this company enough! Quick to answer the phone and get your problem solved, always!

Smylie One installed a furnace and heat pump at our home in Shaker Heights. The price was very competitive. The work was completed on schedule with no added costs. The team worked in near-0 temps to install the heat pump. I highly recommend Smylie One.
