Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Columbus

I was out of town and got a panicked call from home telling me the hot water tank was leaking. It was 10 pm and Christmas Eve was the next day. I raced back home the next morning and called Mr. Rooter by 9:30. Within an hour, Rodney was at my house. He was so friendly right off the bat which made me feel at ease. He went right to work checking out the tank and came back to me with a plan. Then I complicated things by asking him to look at my toilet, as well. Dang if he didn't accept the challenge of doing both jobs on Christmas Eve! He worked with me on getting financing and the started the jobs. As he worked, he whistled. When he came into the living room we'd chat and we swapped some funny life stories. He was just so personable that I felt at ease with him here. He did the toilet first and it was perfect. He jumped on getting the heater done and by 6 pm we had getting-hot water. He cleaned everything up so well you wouldn't even know any work had been done. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and if you can get Rodney on the case, ask for him. I have a few more jobs already being planned for the near future.

I have used Mr. Rooter several times for my plumbing needs, and they do excellent work. This time I called them on a Friday and set up a consultation for Sunday. Travis came Sunday and was very understanding and accommodating in helping me replace my hot water tank. He was able to schedule Josh and David to do the work that very day. All of them are very courteous and efficient. I also appreciate their timeliness in getting the work done. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for your plumbing needs.

Would give a 0 if I could.. with that being said I have used this company and their Sister company Mr. electric many times.. had them come snake a drain and fix a turn handle shower knob.. over $600 didn’t complain, even though it was a little outrageous! he mentioned I needed a hair strainer in the drain NO problem go ahead and add one to the bill.. oh he did $107 and no joke it’s not the Metal one you would expect it was a $1.99 junk one I found on Amazon in Multi pack for dirt cheap! All pics included with invoice!!

Justin and Brandon were very knowledgeable and professional. They attempted to clean out a main stack for me in a new home I just purchased that thr issue had not been disclosed to me prior to purchase. Unfortunately they were not able to clear it completely and will have to come back to dig out and install a clean out in the yard.

Michael Ross and Colin came out to help us ensure our that our sewer line pipes were clear. Found that issue with our flooded basement was a result of backup on City's side of sewer. They showed up very quickly they were very professional and very courteous and kind. I would recommend Mr Rooter to anyone. They were very affordable , polite and honest.

I called Mr. Rooter for a plumbing issue with my kitchen faucet. Will came out to do the job and he was fantastic! He was extremely professional, personable and was transparent about the job he was doing and why. I especially want to mention that he really went above and beyond. Prior to the appointment, I ordered a new faucet that was out for delivery by the time he came to do the work. The delivery kept getting pushed back but the driver was in the area. He stayed so he could install it and took extra time to evaluate the work he did. I was very impressed. I highly recommend Will and Mr. Rooter in general. This is the second time I’ve hired this company and I’ve had positive experience with the company and technicians both times. Thank you Will!

I was very satisfied with Mr. Rooter. I love it when I call and get an immediate response. The lady who called was very accommodating and had Josh out to my residence early Sunday morning. I was at ease because I could feel that Josh was very knowledgeable. He assessed the problem, told me what it was and how much it would cost. The cost was fair considering that it was a Sunday and I was very satisfied. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for your Plumbing needs!

Michael was Amazing, He assessed my plumbing issue within minutes. He was very friendly and had an amazing personality. He made my total experience less stressful. The cost of the service was within my emergency budget. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone in need of plumbing services.
