Extremely happy with the installation of our new hot water tank. From phone call to completion, the process and turn around was quick and very professional. Our installer was great. Took the time to make suggestions and answered questions without making us feel rushed. To mention, the attention to detail and cleanliness was superb. I strongly recommend this company.

My experience was wonderful! The plumber Joe gave us a quote for the job. He was able to come the next day on time and fix the problem. He explained everything he was going to do and ask me to review it. Great work and great prive.

My initial experience with the company was a little lacking but after I voiced my concerns, the company acted quickly. Somone was in contact right away and we were able to resolve the issue. I feel that this company really does want to do a good job and are knowledgeable in their profession. The kind of outreach they provided really made me want to work with them instead of another company.

Everyone we dealt with was super friendly, especially the tech, David, who diagnosed our issues. They were able to get out to our house quickly and made the process seamless. Would recommend!

Unfortunately our furnace stopped working. We had to use 2 space heaters get our house up to 65 degrees. The part needed had to be ordered from. Chicago and took 6 days to be delivered. The Technicians were courteous and professional as was the person who answered the phone at the main office.

I share in the misery of this 1 star review. I give myself 1 star review first and foremost. I should have listen to my gut and replaced the damn thermostat before calling in the “Heart of Ohio”. To my chagrin I called. and a $96.00 service call turned into almost $300.00 in diagnostic mind expenditure. The tech was kind and courteous. However, my problem was not solved when he left and there was no call back with cost of potential repair or parts. I figured, benefit of a doubt, and let them slide. I’ll just call someone else. The guy I called was a week out in service calls so I got a bug in my bonnet and decided to replace the thermostat just for the hell of it. Wouldn’t you know it. That fixed my problem!!! $30.00 later and my boiler was fired up as was I for being so naive. $96.00 service call…yeah… how about articulating there may be diagnostic costs incurred. Come to my burger shack…10.99 for a burger…oh you want that well done…extra griddle time…that will be 15.99 please.

The service representative came in the house with a smile on his face and proceeded to look at our furnace. I was very happy with their help. I will be using them in the future.

We would give this company 10+ stars, if we could. They were the fastest company to get to our Condo. Had water soaking into our hallway carpet. Alex, is part of the HUGE branch. He explained each step he was going to do ahead of time. Thank goodness it was a really clogged pipe. He also did a tune up. Extremely nice, business like manner. Did not try n sell us anything we didn't need. Much appreciated!! This is the company that we will call in the future! Highly recommend!! Thanks again!
