Highly recommend!! 2nd time using McHough’s plumbing. Service installer’s were, professional, clean, and exceptional for efficiency. Hot water tank needed to be replaced before an important event. They were able to fit me in last minute. Exceeded expectations! Trust!

100% highest possible recommendation. Bob (the owner) was easy to work with and was able to get us taken care of quickly. Our hot water heater busted overnight on a Friday and we were able to get a new one installed Saturday. The installers Kyle and Aaron were great. Super friendly and professional, and the area was left much cleaner than how they found it. They also wanted to take time to meet our dogs. Just very nice guys and they did great work. I don't know much about pricing but this seemed fair, especially for an emergency weekend job. I know this all sounds hyperbolic but we were just very impressed with this company.

The tech was very accommodating with helping to use the home warranty. After we got the home warranty approval they immediately got the new hot water heater installed and we have a happy tenant.

I have utilized several plumbers in the nearly 20 years at this residence. McHugh's Plumbing is the ONLY one that was rewarded a second project with more in the works. This company hires not only knowledgeable personnel, but every employee I have met are friendly and communicative as well. Over all a very nice experience. Work was complete quickly and cleanly. Would gladly give 6 stars if possible.

We could not be happier with the service Bob and his crew provided. Our hot water tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called during the afternoon, on a Saturday, and a crew was sent over quickly. Bob and his crew assessed the situation, and immediately got to work. From the start, they were professional and efficient. There was snow outside, so they put down runners on my stairs and floors. It’s small things like that which are appreciated by the customers. When the job was finished, the work area in my basement was left cleaner than it was when they arrived. Bob even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was left in working order. This is truly a top notch company, and I will certainly call McHugh’s Plumbing for any, and all of my plumbing needs going forward.

McHugh Plumbing is very good. We’ve had them over for several issues. The techs are on time, knowledgeable, neat and clean. Bob, the owner, comes out and gives the estimate. He texts updates throughout the job. He’ll sit down and go over warranties. Everyone is professional.

Had all hardware and features in a bath replaced and a few issues fixed. Everyone from the office staff, the employees doing the work, and the owner, were friendly, fair, and helpful with making decisions. I felt they had my best interest at heart when making recommendations on this project and other concerns they pointed out during a full home inspection. Lastly, they weren't pushy, which I appreciated.

McHug's Plumbing came recommended to us from another plumber who was too busy. Bob was very professional, courteous, communicative and thorough with his inspection. He took his time and provided a commmon sense explanation of our plumbing issues, then gave us multiple options. Unfortunately Bob wasn't the guy who did the work. When the plumber fixed everything, there was a leak, so he had to redo some work. He unilaterally decided not to install the new shower faucet plate cover, and instead leave the old one on, even though he replaced everything else in the shower. When he installed new pipe to my bathroom sink, the plumbing cover plate doesn't extend to the wall, so there's a 1 inch gap. I'm about 90-95% satisfied with the work.
