I have been using Apke Total Restoration for over 10 years and have always been extremely satisfied with the service. They are extremely professional and eager to always accommodate my schedule. The technicians always arrive right on time and are incredibly professional. Each time that I have used their services, they take the time to assess the carpets/tile and provide recommendations. The results each time they have cleaned my carpets and tile have always been amazing. I appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to quality. It is clear that Apke takes great pride in their work product. I would highly recommend using them if looking for a carpet/tile cleaning company.

Absolutely the best imaginable service and outcome! Apke Restoration completely restored my dad's home after significant smoke damage to every single room in his home. Their team was more than professional and very well trained. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is by far above industry standards. They were completely transparent about the work needed and also helped us navigate all the questions with the insurance company. This hometown, independent company offers so much more! We will use and recommend them again!

We've used several other providers for carpet cleaning, but Apke has by far been the best. Their scheduling process, communication, pricing AND quality of service are truly fantastic. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the types of rugs we had in our home and the best way to clean them. I learned a lot in the process and will now be using them for an annual cleaning of our rugs and stairway runner. In addition to being knowledgeable, they were on time, professional, and flexible when I asked if they could also touch up our couch and one more rug. HIGHLY recommend!

Apke was the only company to offer help after my area had six inches of rain and countless basement floodings in the area. Out of their, already busy schedules, they made time to come and help me. We have two kids plus this year we have been fostering dogs so our carpets were very dirty and needed a major cleaning. I called Apke Total Restoration and John was so easy to work with. They came and cleaned all our carpets and stairs yesterday and they look like new. I really didn’t think they would be able to get all the stains out but they did. You could easily see our foot/traffic pattern in our family room (you could see the outline of where our couch sits) and now you can’t. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

Apke provided us with amazing customer service today. Our dog got sick and threw up chocolate all over our house. They were able to come that day and got all the stains out. The technician went above and beyond to clean each stain with care. He turned a very bad day around!

Highly recommend Apke Restoration Company. When we had water damage, John came over within a couple hours to evaluate the extent of damage and help us make a reasonable plan. He and his team were effective, professional, and fun to work with through the unfortunate circumstances.
