The pilot light on our gas fireplace was out and the button to start it wouldn’t work. I had called a couple of fireplace companies and they couldn’t come out for several weeks. I called Archer and Jimmy stopped out the next day. Very friendly and informative. He was in and out and it works like a charm. Price was very fair as well. I’m pleased with Archer and will call them again.

Worked on my homes and businesses over the years never had issues at all. Very fairly priced and knowledgeable. Today they came to my new home to sort a water heater issue, one of the employees is a short angry man..not saying that to be mean I just don’t know his name and I’ve worked with him before and his delivery is usually salty but not rude. Well today after being quoted $690 to replace the expansion tank, pressure regulator, and the pressure valve on the outside of the tank I questioned why my expansion tank failed.. only being a year old.. He kept saying it wasn’t because we turned up the water heater, then in the same breath he said it was because the pressure regulator failed & because we had the heat turned up. So then I said buddy you’re confusing me so it was partly because we turned the heat setting up?? For some reason that got him all upset and he excused himself from the room..???? I continued talking to the other plumber to sort the questions I had . He came back into the room after a minute or so and I explained he can’t imagine I’m going to pay $700 without asking questions and wanting to understand how to keep it from failing again, said if he was going to continue to be rude he could excuse himself and so he did. He sat in his work van while the work was finished. Honestly thought he was going to physically assault me… won’t be having them out again. Save yourself the hassle and call Robert Jones plumbing.

We had a problem with a gas line at our shop. We called Archer and they sent a tech out within hours. The work was done quickly and we were back in business. Thank you, Archer, and thank you Jim for doing a great job!

Archer Plumbing replaced old plumbing valves, lines, drains, and faucets for multiple rooms in my home. They were on time, very professional, and friendly. The cost for the repairs was very fair as well. I would highly recommend.

Best plumbing service I have found in Cincinnati. Great service at a competitive price. Will absolutely use again and have already scheduled with them for some additional plumbing needs.

Great work today; September 15, 2023. Roommate broke my shower arm last night which resulted in us not having a shower to use at all. I called today roughly around 9am and Archer Plumbing Co. was able to fix my shower before 11:30am today. Great work and definitely a life saver! Saved us a lot of money as well!

Had an issue with a leak in the wall drain after trying to replace a bathroom vanity myself. They were able to come out less than 48 hours after I called. They were communicative and friendly and did a great job explaining what was happening (blockage in the drain and imperceptible crack in the wall tube). Matt also finished installing my vanity for me. I would call them again!
