Wow! I don't know about everyone else here. To replace a $500 water heater the quote was $4210 and just for labor is $2273. The product in the market is $499 but with BFP its 1927. I confirmed the installation with Home Depot for $800 and brought the heater with same config for $499 at home depot. I feel like its a rip off here..

We had some sump pump issues that weren’t working for us. Benjamin F Plumbing came in and took care of it in 1 days…evaluated, dug a trench, used solid materials. Nice job! Problem solved!

The technician, Anthony, visited my home twice. His first visit was to make good a prior call by another technician. His second visit was to install a new toilet. I am going to say that I highly recommend Anthony. I believe if you have a particular problem other than a routine plumbing call, Anthony is your guy. He is knowledgeable and willing to talk me through everything he was doing and why. I felt confident that my issues were resolved and if I have another problem, I will not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin and ask for Anthony. He is friendly, professional and made good on a previously not so satisfactory experience. Totally recommend and make sure you ask for Anthony and wait until he’s available!

We highly recommend this plumbing company. The technician that investigated our problem, Joseph S. and his apprentice Luis, were highly knowledgeable and completely honest. They thoroughly explained the problem to me, detailed the corrective actions that needed to be taken in order to rectify the situation, and most importantly provided evidence that definitively and conclusively showed me that what they were saying was the truth. No shenanigans or maneuvering in an attempt to spend money on non-existent phantom issues. This company is a breath of fresh air compared to other plumbing companies we've encountered in the past.
