I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to see me especially because of how cold it's been. I know I wasn't the only person with a burst pipe. Colin went above and beyond explaining everything. I really thought he was a wizard at his craft. What I was most impressed by was his character. He wasn't there to upsell me on things I didn't need. Instead he saved me money by reworking my older toilet. These kind of great character people with high level troubleshooting skills and knowledge are just so hard to find in trades. I'm already scheduling for more work to be done. Thanks guys!

If you need a plumber for ANY reason, there's seriously no need to look any further than Feichtner Plumbing! We called them late in the afternoon for a leak we discovered, and they were here bright and early the next morning. Collin arrived promptly, was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, personable, and -- he has a great sense of humor! Collin isolated the issue in less than 10 minutes, and had the problem resolved quickly. No questions went unanswered. These guys will get our future business without a doubt. Rock, your team rocks! I recently had my hot water tank replaced with a tankless unit using Feichtner Plumbing. Dan was super responsive and answered all my questions and Greg / Connor were able to complete the job with no issues. I am especially happy with the attention to detail on the install (Greg did an excellent job!) and how everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. I'll be using Feichtner again for any major plumbing repairs or installs.

We have used this company a few different times. Every experience with Feichtner Plumbing has been 1 with fair prices and an efficient job. Great at explaining any plumbing issues we were having. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

My niece had used Feichtner Plumbing and I had their number in my phone along with several other plumbers we have used before. On a Sunday afternoon I noticed our 13 year old gas hot water heater was leaking and called several plumbers we had used before and left messages. Called Feichtner expecting to leave a message and Dan ANSWERED THE PHONE (!!!!! ) who was so kind and courteous. Made an appointment for next day for a service call to take a look. Colin arrived on time, donned shoe covers and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We have an old house and the water heater is in what was once a root cellar with a very narrow stairway down. He was very thorough, advised us to also replace the pressure relief valve, and it would take 3 people to get the old tank out and the new one downstairs. They provided a quote that was EXTREMELY reasonable and arrived promptly on Tuesday. I also requested they replace our 20+ year old sump pump at the last minute which they were happy to do. The old hot water heater dripped brown rusty looking water on my deck when they were hauling it out and they went out there and scrubbed the deck clean! I can't tell you how courteous and professional every single person was and I am a VERY satisfied customer.

Good communication, seemed genuinely to enjoy the work, clearly highly skilled, cleaned up after the work. All boxes checked for a top choice!
