Dakota and JP were fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable and clean. Dakota explained heat pump replacement process from beginning to end, and updated me along the way. Took their time to make sure everything was done with integrity. Five Star is also going to install a water heater for me in a few days. I'm not sure who the installer will be yet, but I'm sure they'll be just as great as everyone I've encountered in the process.

Price was very good for a total change-out . If you have a good relation with Lowe’s you will appreciate the ease of financing, and of working with 5 Star. The initial estimate was done by young man who was very professional and courteous and respectful of our budget. The installers were professional and worked non-stop to complete the project neatly and entirely . I have had not so good results before with equipment and installers, so I highly recommend 5 Star. No I’m not related. I never met these folks before, and if I’d had a problem believe me I’d tell you about it. In detail.

Hello, My experience with Five Star Homes Services was great. Everyone was really nice and very professional. The time frame of the installation was excellent. I was very pleased with the service each person provided. I liked the fact that Gage gave me his phone number in case I had questions. My overall satisfaction is good.

Five Star installed a new HVAC at my home in Jan 2024. The technician (Ben Reed) was absolutely fabulous. I had a new furnace installed by the time end of the next day. Ben recently conducted my annual maintenance check, and once again, delivered exemplary service. I also appreciate the office staff's proactive calls to schedule my annual maintenance. I would 100% procrastinate on that otherwise.

Corey and his Coworker they did an amazing job. They made sure everything was clean when they left made sure everything was working properly. Got here early and did not leave till the job was complete and right these guys are Well experienced I will recommend them to anyone. I know that needs work done.

We needed a new furnace. A friend recommended Five Star and I'm so thankful that she did! Gage was very knowledgable and friendly. He walked us through the entire process.
