When I needed a garbage disposal removed and my sink repaired, I called G&K and asked for an estimate. They were friendly and professional, and their estimate was roughly the same as what every other place gave, so I made an appointment. The plumber arrived right when he'd said he would, and his work was excellent. It ended up costing less than they'd estimated. I'm very happy, and I'd call them again if I needed more work done.

Have always been my go-to for any plumbing needs. They are timely, dependable, and provide excellent quality. Highly recommend them.

Best experience that I have ever had in Cincinnati. These guys do mostly commercial work, but they helped me out with a residential job. Nancy scheduled me in less than a week. The two great plumbers who arrived at my house listened very carefully and got to work in less than five minutes - they did not mess around at all, they were extremely professional, and finished sweating some copper pipe and replacing a filter assembly in less than 20 minutes. Perfect solder, perfect clean up - everything was well done. These guys are true professionals with no excuses. I can’t say enough about how great these guys were. Somebody was complaining about waiting for them to schedule them —- they are well worth the wait.

Incredibly unprofessional. Made an appointment with them to have my tub, toilet and sink reinstalled after having my floor replaced. My appointment was for 8:30am and they were running late so I gave them a call to see what was going on. They said that an emergency call came in and that my appointment had been pushed to 10am. I was fine with that, although I wished they had informed me ahead of time. The plumbers arrived at 10:30am and were there only 30 minutes before saying that another emergency happened and they had to leave. The ONLY thing they had done was put the tub back in it’s place. I had made an appointment with this company and expected my work to be completed. If they had been so busy with emergency calls then they should have called me earlier to just reschedule, not just leave me high and dry with my bathroom still out of order. Don’t waste your time dealing with this company.

G & K is the best! They have helped me with many plumbing emergencies both at work and at home. No matter what the problem, they always get to me right away. They are prompt, efficient and pleasant. I know they will always do the work in a way that will not cost me any more than necessary. Eric has always been great as well as anyone else G & K has sent.

Unprofessional!! Extremely Rude! I Will Never Use Them Again and suggest you do the same !!!! Approximately 2 years ago I started using G&K plumbing in a rental property that I was having plumbing issues with. The first experience I was treated nicely and billed fairly. Since then, their attitude and billing treatment has changed immensely. I have had other issues arise with this property and have called on G&K multiple times (my mistake). G&K (the actual plumber) may eventually get the job done but the office staff ("the family" )-this is a family owned business, is the most rude, unprofessional group of individuals I have ever come across. They have scheduled appointments and have no showed, no phone call, no apologies, to either my tenants or myself who took the entire day off work to meet with them. Then they rescheduled days down the road, after we had already been waiting days for them to come. I have always paid G&K promptly, even though (in some cases) I have had question regarding their billing and repair details. When I query them, they are uncooperative and have treated me like dirt! Insulting me for asking questions and telling me they will answer the questions when the bill is paid. They are reluctant to answer anything! My last inquiry turned into a screaming match, with them accusing me of not paying a bill for over 3 months when in fact the bill was 3 weeks old and the only reason I hadn't paid it was because they hadn't returned my 4 previous phone calls (that they said they would return) regarding the details of the repair. If that's not enough to warn you away from this company, one time the plumber cut the wrong pipe (water everywhere), created an enormous mess (that I needed to clean up), damaged ceilings tiles due to the spraying water and then charged me to fix the pipe they wrongfully cut (which they eventually had to re-repair because it wasn't repaired properly the first time). Take your chances with G&K,.... My opinion, take your chances on another plumbing company!!!

I called last week trying to get a quote on doing the rough plumbing for a bathroom I am installing at my house. The reception was friendly and said that there weren’t any plumbers available and she took my information down and said they would call me back when a plumber was available. It has been over a week and I still haven’t got a call back. I gave them two stars because at least the receptionist was friendly.

G&K has been my go to plumber for my rental properties for years. They have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions and are always fairly priced. I highly recommend G&K Plumbing.
