Luke and Mason were fantastic. Explained everything to me in a way that I understood and was able to re-explain on the phone for others. Extremely patient with kids and dogs at home. Respectful of our house making sure it was OK to open the door or go into rooms. Able to come out same day was a major plus! Love these guys. We’ve used them twice and both times the techs were prompt and polite, the work was excellent, and they made sure to keep a clean workspace. AJ came out this time and he was great. He made sure to let us know before he started what he expected to have to do, and took his time explaining anything I wasn’t sure of since I’m not a plumber. I love that they send a picture of the tech that will be coming to your house too. It’s just a bit of extra thought, and very much appreciated. 10/10 absolutely recommend.

Halpin plumbing and the staff have always been beyond incredible and our go-to plumber. However, most recently at the front desk, Alecia was so helpful in getting us on the schedule in such a timely manner and following up. Larry, the technician that came out, was so accommodating, patient, and informative. HIGHLY recommend their services.

I had Halpin come out over the summer to address my shower that wasn’t putting out any pressure. Due to my own schedule I wasn’t able to have them do the work until months later. They got me on the schedule quickly, within a week! When they came to do the work they were prompt and polite. I had also called to ask to add on installing a new shower head the day before and they were able to accommodate. They fixed my issue quickly and as non-invasive as possible when a previous company basically told me I would need to do a complete renovation. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the work and the price I paid for the job. Would definitely recommend!
