Called Hofmeyer to repair hot water and valves to sink faucet. Hank and trainee came out promptly, did an AWESOME job and even fixed some other issues I asked them to look at, all for a great price and everything looked professional and cleaned up after they finished. I also have to mention that their phone call with me was honest and professional and Hank was super friendly. HIGHLY recommended!!

Had a great experience with the 2 gentleman who came to help with our toilet situation and water coming thru ceiling. They were Very professional even with dealing with my husband who is hard of hearing. They were very clear at explaining things and worked hard to try to get to the bottom of what the actual issue was. Toilets now flush perfectly, no more stopped up sinks or tub! Have never really settled on a plumber we love since we'd bought this home - so many seem much more interested in selling programs than servicing issues - but I feel really good about Hofmeyer after this first call. They were recommended by a friend and I'm pleased with the service we've received. They responded relatively quickly, provided preliminary guidance via email, and Chris was professional and courteous. He reinstalled a garbage disposal and installed a new toilet. I'd happily call Hofmeyer again.

Hofmeyer's level of service far exceeds the other three plumbing companies I've worked with in Cincinnati. Scheduling can be a bit rough if you're not on the Westside, but if you can get an appointment or find a time that works, this is the best plumbing company to work with. These guys are honest & hardworking. Hank went above and beyond helping us to try to identify an inconsistent sewer smell we were having in our house. The other plumbing company we had out just assumed it was a cracked ventilation pipe, didn't take any action to verify if it was the issue, and left us thinking we had a very expensive fix without any next steps. I plugged a drain pipe that reduced the smell, but it was still somewhat there. Hank (Hofmeyer) checked everything out. He put in a new clean-out on our main stack, ran a camera through our ventilation and our sewer line, used a smoke machine, and double checked some other things all within an hour or so. He saved us a bunch of money, confirming that the ventilation pipe is in good order still. He had no problem giving me some rough ballparks and inputs on other plumbing jobs & questions I had throughout the job, and did not try to upsell me on anything.

We had to have our copper pipes replaced in our master bath and Bill and his trainee came to do the work. Never so impressed! You would never know they were even there. Awesome jobs guys! No cleanup necessary!

Anthony and Rudy put a new toilet in for us today and checked our outside drain. My adult daughter was at home while they worked. She said Anthony and Rudy were so sweet, kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. They made her feel comfortable right away. They did an amazing job. We both were so pleased with their work. My parents always used Hofmeyer for any plumbing issues. We would see Mr Hofmeyer at St Lawrence bakery early in the morning getting donuts. They have always been the best and continue with that same integrity and care.
