I had a great experience with Ken Herbert Plumbing. Jason Hines was courteous, knowledgable and able to help me through my decisions. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results and love our new hot water heater!

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Ken Herbert Plumbing. From first call with the office staff, we knew we would be taken care of. They came exactly when they said, resolved the issue with ease. Jason was one of the nicest contractors I’ve worked with over the years! They had our heat back on within a few hours after an emergency gas leak. I would highly recommend! Thank you!

There’s not enough space here to say how wonderful I was treated by this company, from the secretary to Ken the owner and especially Dan Guentz whom is the gentleman who repaired my drain and supplied me with video that he did the job.Super polite and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

We scheduled an appointment on Thursday to have them come out to clear a clogged drain. After coming into our house without any shoe coverings and proceeded to walk on our very light bedroom carpet. (I put a sheet down to protect my carpet from their boots) Richard said he couldn't clear the drain with a snake and would come back the next morning at 8:00 to clear the clog by cutting a hole in the drywall. The mirror had to taken off the wall and as we were waiting for their 8am arrival the office called at 9am to cancel our appointment. They said they couldn't come until Monday. After scheduling another plumbing company they called Friday morning to say they had down time on their morning job and could come right away. I declined the offer. I will add that the other company was prompt and was able to clear the clog without cutting a hole in the wall.

I have used Ken Herbert Plumbing several times and they have been awesome. Last time I used them my toilet would not go down and they came out right away. When they were here I talked to the technician, Jay, about my garbage disposal. He said it needed to be replaced and he gave me the cost and also set up the appt with no problems. I used a different plumber to fix my toilet and within a week the toilet started to run again. Would call this company again when I have a plumbing issue. GREAT COMPANY AND GET TECHICIANS!

We had a clogged kitchen sink, right before Thanksgiving. Ken Herbert called me back at 9pm and sent a plumber out at 8am the next day. The plumber Jimmy was awesome. He fixed the problem, cleaned up the area and was very personable. I highly recommend.

Ken Herbert Plumbing does an awesome job! I am a real estate agent who recommends that sewer scopes be done when purchasing an older home. This is an area where it is incredibly important to have someone you can trust. Ken & his team are just that!! I have trusted them to work on my own plumbing, the plumbing of my family and I refer them to anyone I know with plumbing needs.
