From the moment my phone call to Logan Services was answered, the process of replacing my furnace and AC was smooth and as painless as buying a new system can be. Ryan came the same day and walked us through options for our home with a friendly, knowledgeable attitude. He got the financing completed quickly and set us up for installation. The very next day Clay, Danny and Garrett showed up right on time and got busy. They worked with professionalism and care, keeping the house clean and the install top notch. Any questions I had were satisfactorily answered and the install looks great. Best of all, we had heat again! Logan Services and their people are 5 stars across the board. Thank you!

From the moment Bobby, Bryce and Brandon arrived to install our new system, we knew we were in good hands. They were knowledgeable, professional, thorough and a pleasure to work with! They were great at explaining everything they were doing and teaching us about our new heat pump system. Bret was scheduled for my Hvac today while Brent and Nick were scheduled for my plumbing last week and both were prompt and very nice upon arrival. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves on the job. They went over everything with me and asked if I had any questions. I would definitely use Logan again because of their professionalism. They were AWESOME!!!

We were so impressed with the service of Logan AC & Heat. Our furnace stopped working during a storm, we called and they had Steven come out immediately. He explained what happened and what we needed. He was very professional and had a team out the very next day. We were so impressed we bought a whole new system and are so happy we did. The price was very reasonable. I can’t say enough about the excellent team of Kyle Q. & Hakim! They installed the new system quickly and explained in detail everything we needed to know about it. They were very respectful and CLEAN!! I give them a five star rating plus!

Logan services did a wonderful job installing an entirely new HVAC system at my residence. All work was completed in one day in a very timely manner. Our installers for the day were Matt, Ben, and Brenden—they were very professional and mindful of cleanliness inside and outside of the home.
