Mr. Rooter never disappoints us. We’ve used them multiple times and they’re always prompt and well competitive in pricing. In my recent experience, our 25 year old water heater finally gave out. I received quotes from 3 different companies and Mr. Rooter had them beat. I’m also an Advantage member which helped tremendously. We had the pleasure of working with Audie R. who is an energetic, funny, friendly and very honest technician. He completed our job in less than 3 hours alongside his partner. He cleaned the existing pan very nicely and installed our new unit in a nick of time. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Audie for their plumbing services. Thank you!

Cannot rave enough at the amazing techs and excellent service I was provided today using Mr Rooter! Had an unexpected water line bust overnight (something I’ve never witnessed or experienced anything like it nor would i ever recommend anyone else have to deal with the kind of horror!) I was super stressed with anxiety not knowing how or what could have caused my water to just up and start not just running by itself but flooding my kitchen and bathroom at 3:30 this morning! I called Mr Rooter after a wonderful experience I had with them for the first time last year for an unexpected back up in my home that needed to be cleared! From the super nice and helpful ladies (and gentlemen) that answered my initial call @11:30 this morning needing help and was able to get me a technician to be able to come out between 2-4pm! Just a few short hours later! The initial tech was Eric Major that came out and assessed the situation was super friendly, helpful and professional! He Provided me with all my options right up front to find the right solution that best fit my situation and budget! It’s the first time I’ve had a company that is truly there to try and help serve their clients in the best possible way that’s right for them and not what would be easiest or most financially beneficial for them to make money! The type of issue I had required a more in-depth service that required another technician (an equally awesome, friendly and beyond helpful and thorough tech who’s name is Marco Cota-pic of his business card is attached, your welcome lol) to have to come out to complete the work within an hour of finishing up with diagnosing the issue! I can give enough praise on how awesome Marcus was providing excellent service and above and beyond patience and amazing quality of work performing the initial necessary repairs along with being able to offer much needed other maintenance items that have been needing to be done that were possibly thanks to providing me the savings and discounts of being able to combine them in one trip instead of at a later time to end up having to pay separate service fees! Within a matter of a couple hours he was able to get my 2 shut off valves replaced, new line ran to my dishwasher which by the way was the culprit to all that unexpected massive water flooding in the middle of the night with just a teeny tiny tear on the hose that caused all that mess on a dishwasher that we haven’t used in years!! 🥺! He was also able to remove the much needed run down and unusable garbage disposal on the left side of my sink and replaced with fully functional and free flowing drain and pipes giving me back the ability to have a functioning 2 sided sink again after years of being out of commission! I know this review is a super long winded one and hoping it doesn’t turn others off from reading into it but wanted to provide in depth just how awesome not only the company is as a whole but the amazing staff and service that everyone involved is in every step of the way! If your needing an affordable, honest quick and thorough plumber I can recommend these awesome people enough!!!

I really didn't know what to expect and honestly I didn't have high hopes but I am so glad I called them. They were able to get me in for same day service. The plumber was very professional and informative. He put my mind at ease and was willing to answer all my questions and concerns. I initially called them about my drain but ended up getting my bathroom looked at as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a plumbing issue happen right before the weekend. Had a great experience with Mr. rooter. Their team was quick to respond, and very polite. Robert was awesome and got my plumbing working multiple days before others could get me an appointment. He even did so quietly because I told him my son was napping! Overall fantastic experience.

Marco arrived on time, and introduced himself. He was very personable, and knowledgeable. He removed and replaced a toilet for me. Would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately will have to clean carpet stain caused by liquid from the toilet. Would recommend.

I called the evening when I developed a leak at the curb stop, the technician Eric, came quickly the same night, and made a follow up the following day, to provide me with the proper quote. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. I'm currently checking with my homeowners insurance policy to see if the water mains may be covered before making my final decision. Great team of guys!

++good overall experience. Mr. Rooter had to cancel the original Friday afternoon appt (understood, rough snowy week); but they were quick to reschedule for a Sunday time that worked for me. Marco knew exactly what he was doing, kept it clean, friendly, and he was informative as well with other plumbing questions (got along with my dog too.) And he had no issues installing a replacement disposal I had purchased the year before. Sure, bit more $ than I had hoped, but pretty confident in the both the installation and the company.

This was the first time ever using Mr Rooter. I scheduled a service call for a leak at my water meter in-put valve. Three service men showed up the morning of 11-1-2024. We discussed the repairs a invoice was created (estimate# 768701315 job# 768601830 ) with an estimate of $869.96. I ask, so when can you complete the work? They answer today but would need to leave to get the parts from the local Water works company, and return later that day. However before leaving they said they could smell gas. So they sprayed the gas meter down with soapy water. But could not find any signs of a leak so they left. I put in an emergency call for a gas leak to Duke Energy. They sent a tech out emeditly who determine there was no leak. I received a call from Mr Rooter later that day informing me the service tech who was supposed to return had a family emergency. And would not be able to make it back. And would it be ok if someone returned tomorrow. Their tech showed up the next day. Was at my house for 45 minutes turning out the water at the street. Then he left for 45 minutes to go to Home Depot to get the parts he needed. Spent 30 minutes changing a 3/4" Ball/Gate valve. That once he was done dose not function properly and appears to be broken. It's not leaking but you can't turn off the water before the meter. Leaving me with basically the same problem. He created a new invoice/job#768601830 for $665.74. The original estimate was for $869.96 Here is where I have a problem. The tech charged me for work/parts he didn't replace. He changed (1) 3/4" Ball/Gate valve that doesn't function properly. And charged me for (2) @ $153.66 each. This was the $25.00 part from Home Depot that it took him 45 minutes to go get. Then another $358.42 for a ( 3/4 copper water line-exposed up to 2"). He used the existing fitting because he couldn't break the connector on the meter. Yet charged me for a part he didn't replace. This is poor customer service and not a good look for your company. I will be calling your office first thing in the morning. Requesting a supervisor visit to my home, and a full refund. First impressions matter Mr Rooter!!!
