We rarely give reviews, but the service we received from this company definitely deserves 5 stars! When a valve break left us without water and the Cincinnati Waterworks was unresponsive, Mark stuck with us and made sure the problem was resolved. It’s the kind of service you rarely see nowadays. We are most graceful, and can highly recommend them without hesitation!

Lisa and I had a year long odyssey with a leaky shower and a host of bad things. I can tell you this-I heard about Pats company from a friend that works in a plumbing supply place and he knows every plumber in the city. Hands down-he suggested Pat and his company. They show up on time, they cleaned up after themselves and his main guy, Mark, is literally the nicest, smartest, most hard working person I have ever met in this vocation. You will not find, and cannot find, a better company in Cincinnati to work with. I could say a lot more about how Mark helped us put our built in closets back in, how Mark patched the hole they cut out to get to the shower valve and a lot more great stuff. Do not hesitate to call them. They’re old school-they show up on time and deliver. Trust me. Cheers pat and Mark. Ps-and their receptionist is the best too.
