I recently used Quality Comfort Home Services to replace my old water heater with a new innovative model and was thoroughly impressed. Their team was responsive and helpful from the initial call, quickly scheduling a technician for a detailed assessment and quote. They presented several water heater options with transparent and competitive pricing, including my desired innovative model. The installation service was excellent and affordable for the high quality of work. The technician was professional and efficient and took the time to explain my new smart water heater's features. The entire process was smooth, from removing the old unit to installing the new one and cleaning up afterward. I'm delighted with Quality Comfort's service and my new water heater. I appreciated their attention to detail, like disposing of the old unit and following up with a call. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, transparency, and quality workmanship. I will use them again for future home service needs.

We signed up for Quality Comfort to come a clean the ducts in our house at a remodel expo. There prices were better then any other quotes that we received. So, we signed up for them to come out. They were awesome! The only work I had to do was show them all the air ducts in our house and where the furnace was located. They did the rest. The job was completed in a timely manner considering we have a two story house. Now, I have dust free vents!

Nate and Kevin came to install a Honeywell whole house humidifier and a programmable thermostat. They were clean prompt and professional. Nathan went over the system when he was finished installing it. He was patient showing me how to use the app to operate the thermostat. I can’t speak highly enough of the service that I received.

I had a new water heater installed and everything went great from start to finish. When the office found out I had no hot water, they were able to fit me in the day after they came out for the estimate. The technician was very friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. They showed up when expected and finished in the amount of time promised. Ryan and team were great to work with. Quickly came out when our gas furnace went down and provided us with competitive pricing options. Also had quotes from 5 other companies in the area but for the quality of product/warranty/service they provide was far and away the best choice. Easy to schedule, their technicians work very clean and they replaced our furnace in one day.

I had a great experience buying my new furnace and air conditioner from Quality Comfort. I totally made the right choice. From the sales associate to the front end office staff, they replied quickly and courteously, and answer any questions I had. I loved how they introduced me to who was coming before their arrival. Such a personal touch that I’ve never seen from any other company I’ve done business with. The sales associate and the installers who came were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The installers cleaned up the area nicely and put liners on top of my carpet to protect my carpet. When finished, they also followed through to make sure everything was done correctly and working, and to make sure I was satisfied. Also, to show their appreciation for me being a valued customer. So far Quality Comfort has far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Quality Comfort Home Services! Our heat went out when the temps were in the teens and a service tech was out within hours of scheduling service online. Nate went above and beyond to get us back in business and even did some much needed/overdue maintenance and tune ups on our furnace while on site. Will definitely use Quality Comfort going forward for any and all HVAC needs!
