They installed a completely new system in our house. Incredible experience! From start to finish everything was a "breeze". They accomplished it in one day with a fantastic team of installers. Also had to work in some not so easy places! So happy I chose them for the job, and all of my needs from here on out!

The only reason this isn’t 1 star is because the technician completed the job satisfactory. If there was problems with his work it would be 1. This review is moreso on the company than the tech. I gave the phone operator my situation in detail; toilet already uninstalled, wax ring already clean and old bolts removed. The same toilet just needed a new wax ring, shims, and to be hooked back up. A job that took the tech all of 30 minutes and was half done already cost me $430 after haggling a $90 consultation fee off a price that again, I was not able to get until a tech was already in my home and I had waited all day. I took a half day off work to make sure I could be home for the appointment, assuming a tech would be here in the wide 4 hour window. My window was supposed to be 8a-12p. A tech was not present until after 1pm. I wasn’t told anyone was going to be late until 11:45. Missed almost a full day of work and after waiting longer than I should have had to, overpaid (in my opinion) for a service that I was just trying to get over with by the time someone was finally in the door.

My dad paid them over $10,000 for a plumbing job and we cannot get anyone to return a phone call or send a detailed bill to give to the insurance company to get some of the money reimbursed. INSURANCE company is willing to cover but needs a more detailed bill. Seem shady to you...?

$25k, and I get 80 degree cooling with an outdoor temp of 78.... my utility bill has tripled since going with this company.... that said, they tried to buy our silence by offering 50% back but sent back less than 30%... Thank you for replying, I really appreciate you trying to find my issue. However, several techs have come out, and none of them are SpacePak certified. The original issue was that the air handler was freezing up. Your techs solution was to replace it with a hi velocity system. Not only did you replace the air handler, you also added duct work (on a separate bill) because there was not enough air flow... Also, half of the visits were due to your techs not being able to fit in the small space to adjust it properly, so you had to make serval return visits. Not to mention the blown out ducts your tech designed and built and the air inlet hose that was not installed correctly, on top of that every tech had differed opinions as to why we have not had positive results. Send to me, I need a spacepak expert or need to put back the old air handler that was only 2 yrs old. You can call me to discuss this further.

Tony did an awesome job repairing our Pool Heat Pump. Before entering my home, Tony took the time to put boot covers on to protect my wood floors without me requesting! Very professional, helpful and answered all of my many questions. Will be using Schneller Knochelmann Plumbing for our annual inspection of pool mechanics and heat pump from now on. I Highly recommend you give Schneller Knochelmann a call for any of your electrical & plumbing issues you may have. I was so impressed with Tony’s knowledge about pool openings that I plan to have him scheduled to complete an inspection/maintenance for our 2025 pool opening to ensure our pool mechanics and heater are in top shape for the season.

I had an urgent matter with our HVAC and within 1 hour of the incident a technician, Anthony (Tony) was here. He spent several hours here to ensure the problem was taken care of and even went out of his way to help me change a battery in our smoke detector that started beeping while he was here. I didn’t have a new battery so he got one from his truck and replaced it for me. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our home. I felt reassured after he left that the issue was fixed and was happy with the service. Recommend.

Scott Butler was knowledgeable and efficient in providing me with an estimate for my many plumbing repair and new installation needs. Dan Niceley did a wonderful job with all of the plumbing items on my list. I especially love how he installed my new slop sink in the basement. He had to mount my mini tankless water heater too. He left each area where he did work very clean as well. I highly recommend Scott and Dan! I am so happy! Thank you!
