Steven Cropper Plumbing

I have used Steve for many years and found his work to be very good. Sometimes in his busy season he's a little slow to return phone calls but I totally understand because he works alone and is very busy. Personally I like to do business with local companies and find Steve to be very honest and professional

Unprofessional! Wish I could give negative stars. I called him and he said he couldn't come out till the first of next week. I told him that was fine. He didn't show up or even call. I called him back and he said he'd come over Thursday or Friday. No show, no call. Seriously, if you don't want the job, at least have the decency to say so.

Don't know how good he is because he blew me off after coming to check out the problem. Never called back, never returned calls.

As another customer mentioned, this guy will not follow through. After agreeing to do the work, I called him and left several voice mails and never received a response. Don't bother with this guy because he doesn't value his customers.

Very good! He came quickly, and solved the problem the same day with the needed parts.

Did a great job with our repairs. He is fair, professional, and thorough.
