She was encouraging that their team would take great care of us and that's exactly what they did. The communication from the entire team was excellent. I appreciated the text I received before every technician arrived and the fact that it had their photo so I knew who was on their way. Ty was the first technician that we worked with and he was wonderful. He walked us through step by step on his process and what to expect from him while he was at our home. The sales rep Michael was informative and he did not feel salesy or push to make the sale. He answered every question that we had about the equipment and the financial aspect as well.
