Excellent expertise and service. Have used Zins Plumbing for over 10 years, and they have always been very responsive, accommodating, and expert in assessing issues, talking through options, and solving them very efficiently. John S. in particular has been an outstanding expert resource and problem-solver. Highly recommend.

I had a main sewer line back up. My normal plumber was not able to get it unclogged. He recommended having the sewer line jetted and to use Zins plumbing. I called them at 4:30PM and they were out the next day at 11:00AM. The team they sent out was great! They had a “heart of a teacher” and answered all the questions I had. They did not try to upsell me and ultimately helped resolve the issue. I would highly recommend them!

If reckless driving on a major highway is any indication of the quality of service Zins plumbing provides, I will never RRC one d to anyone. Tailgating, speeding, cutting me off, etc. please talk to this driver immediately and suspend his license.

over $900 for 3hrs labor and 2 new valves? we purchased a new toilet and faucet, hired Zin's to install. he estimated 3hrs to install and that's exactly how long it took and then he acted irritated while we wrote the check! The work was fine but.. would make it 3.5 stars for the crappy attitude

We had a hot water leak in the bathroom and Zins came out within a couple of hours to take care of it. Kevin assisted and was great. Customer service also great at Zins. Highly recommend

After getting an outrageous quote for a new gas line from another local plumbing company, I called Zin’s. Holly was extremely pleasant to talk to when scheduling the estimate and subsequent service. Zins’s pricing was much more reasonable and Kevin, the plumber was very friendly and courteous. The job was done quickly and efficiently.

We had a few fixtures replaced in our condo, and **we** had a difficult tub spout problem that kept dripping. The plumber wouldn't give up until he fixed the problem. He said he liked fixing difficult problems. **He was** extremely professional, and the pricing was great compared to other work I've had done by other companies. I would recommend him and will use him again if any more plumbing problems arise.
