Billy was my service representative. He was prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable, regarding my water heater repair. He explained everything to me, in terms I could comprehend. It took two appointments to complete the work, and he made sure to do what was necessary to stop the leak on the first visit. The office staff was also courteous and professional. Service is top notch. I was pleasantly surprised. My hot water tank was installed quickly and efficiently and I made good time getting to work. I highly recommend them. Diane ordered my tank right away so there was no delay getting it installed, otherwise I would have been without hot water even longer. The plumber was knowledgeable and did a great job.

Through my home warranty, I was connected with A-1. I had no trouble getting an appointment. Billy called to say he would be arriving within a half hour, which was right at the start of the time frame I was given! He evaluated my plumbing issues, explained what was needed, gave me some options, and ordered the necessary parts. He was professional and friendly. I will absolutely recommend this company to my family and friends. Well done!

I am so thankful A-1 Affordable Plumbing has a relationship with my home owners warranty company. Billy is so knowledgeable about many plumbing issues and I was blessed with having him show up for my repairs. He explained my problems in a manner that I was able to understand and receive. He also answered many follow up questions I had. He even offered to clean the area he performed work on. For several years I had issues with my water pressure and other plumbers were unable to identify that my water softner was the culprit. I will definitely refer my friends and family to A-1 Affordable Plumbing.

They came to do plumbing as a preferred provider from my Home Warranty Company. A leak caused water stains on the ceiling of my shower. There is a bathroom directly above it. The plumbers that came seemed nice enough but couldn’t determine where the leak was coming from (the upstairs, sink, toilet, shower or jacuzzi bathtub?). They advised the only way they would be able to find out was to bust open the ceiling in the shower. They suggested I monitor the upstairs use and if I can figure out where it’s coming from, I can call them to come back. I had a roofer measure from the wall to the showers stall and then measure the same distance upstairs. No question about it. The toilet was directly above the shower. I called for them to come back and was told by the person who answers the phones and scheduling that if there wasn’t a current leak that they can see, that they will not pull the toilet. So after paying $75 service fee for them to come out (for nothing!) I had to get my own plumber who took but a few seconds to walk in and decipher that the toilet was directly above the shower. I had to pay him to pull the toilet and sure enough, it was very wet. So, I will never use A1 Affordable Plumbing again! I don’t understand why it took a roofer to think to measure and the plumbers didn’t think of that? Really?

They never followed up and left me with a plumbing issue. I will now have to call another company to get an estimate after they came. Unresponsive and unprofessional. I am more than happy to give them another opportunity to follow up and make things right. Hopefully they will surprise me yet my guess is that they just don't care. Based on your response you really don't care. I spoke with your organization and was promised and estimate then called back and left a message. I wanted to engage you to fix the issue yet did not receive any follow up. At this point I have called another provider. If your intake team was a bit more friendly I might have continued to reach out yet it was evident that they were disinterested in helping me obtain an estimate. By the way, have you created an estimate yet, it has been over 2 weeks.

Our plumber, Bill, called prior to his arrival. He was prepared and ready to make the needed repairs. His courtesy and professionalism were on display from the time he pulled in the driveway. He demonstrated his knowledge of plumbing by checking for the little things before making larger repairs, which, as it turns out, weren't necessary. A-1 Affordable Plumbing is a company we recommend and Bill, our plumber, is a star. The company and his clients are lucky to have him. Well done.

I would never recommend this company. The work is poor quality, the attitude of the plumber is laxidasical, and the woman on the phone when you call is rude, obnoxious and unkind. Multiple trips to my house to fix a leak in the upstairs bathroom that also had a bad clog. My homeowner warranty company sent this company out, and they did not fix the problem. Instead of being pleasant and gracious by taking ownership of the failure to fix the problem, the lady was blaming me! A reschedule will be WEEKS out, and the 4th of July weekend is about to begin. Do you want the job done? Maybe give them a call. Do you want it done correctly and professionally? Do yourself and your plumbing issue a favor and call someone else. A-1 Affordable Plumbing happily takes your money and that of the Homeowners Warranty, but they REALLY don't like to actually fix anything. My warranty company has dispatched another.
