Don just came by to fix our sink and fix our drain. He was so kind, so quick & overall the bill was so much less than we expected. Cannot recommend enough.

We use them to move a shut off valve from crawl space to inside house. The did a great job. They were fast, friendly and efficient. The charge was reasonable and we would use them again.

Amazing! They came early, fixed multiple issues in like 15 minutes. Roto rooter quoted me $2000 to fix my issues, wanted to rip out and replace everything, American Plumbing fixed it perfectly for $121. They are my heroes! Now I know why they were recommended to me!

The owner Don and his wife are fantastic. They come within 24 hours even for small fixes.

We have used American Plumbing since the 1980's when they first opened. They have always taken care of our plumbing needs quickly and at a reasonable. price. The staff are capable and professional. We have recommended them to many of the new owners on our block. The scheduler, Heather is knowledgeable and efficient. They have replaced hot water heaters, garbage disposals, toilets, snaked both storm and sanitary sewer lines. They guarantee their work for a year. When we sell this house, I have told the owner Don, he goes with the house. After all these years, he knows the quirks of a 72-year-old home.

Damian with American Plumbing is FANTASTIC. We needed various plumbing jobs done around my house and he did excellent work, including the replacement of an exterior sump pump of mine. Easy to work with and very communicative throughout the process. I will certainly be calling them in the future for other projects of mine.

American Plumbing was excellent for the project I had. Cory gave a quick and accurate estimate and the office arranged the time for him to come back to do the work. He was efficient, professional, and did excellent work, including clean up. The price was far more reasonable than other plumbing companies I checked with. I will gladly call them back for the next job.

Had a quote for a new water heater at our home. Gentleman came out a week later, quoted us $2200 for a 50 gallon tank to replace our 40 gallon tank. Fast forward to our scheduled appointment time, two plumbers arrive, proceed to look at the space and tell my husband in a very condescending manner that the 50 gallon tank won’t fit, and that we were massively under quoted. When asked if we could simply have the tank installed in the space next to the current tank, he very begrudgingly said no and that he could only get another 40 gallon out at a later date. My husband was surprised by the plumber’s gruff and angry demeanor and said he might need to get another quote. The plumber threw his tools in his bag and pretty much stormed out of our house. We never heard back from them and to be fair, would not have had that man back in our house working with the unprofessional, angry attitude he had with us. We simply had a quote and beyond that whatever the problem is was not our fault or even explained. Disappointed because this company was recommended to us a couple years ago, but maybe management has changed.
